| 34 | Notes for S.No 1 to 33 :-(a) The comprehensive maintenance of lifts shall be done through their concerned OEM (Thyssen krupp/kone/Jhonson/ Fujitech)or their authorised agency (b) The Contractor shall enter into a MOU (Memorandum of understanding) with the OEM for the maintenance of the Lift.(c) The above comprehensive AMC certificate shall be provided by the contractor in favour of GE (NS) before commencement of work, after acceptance of CA.(d) The parts shall be genuine and from original Equipment manufacturer (OEM) and approved by GE (e) The contractor is responsible to carried out minimum one routine check up through OEM (Once in a month) or as per the direction of Engr- in - charge to ensure the serviceability and proper functioning of the lifts in all respect ( each month will be consider as 01 Job)(f) All stainless steel parts such as lift car enclousure, opening doors, jamps, cills etc shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove corrosion, stains etc. with suitable solution.the contractor shall also clean and properly maintain machine rooms, machineries and lift well as directed by EIC. The rates quoted for respective items shall be deemed to include the same.(g) Any breakdown/complaints shall be attend and rectify within 6 hrs.
