| 1 | Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power point) complete, excluding conduit, including wiring accessories such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, fan regulators, sockets, junction boxes, etc. (excluding light fittings), removing dismantled materials to the Engineer-in-Charge's store for safe custody or for taking credit, as applicable (credit for serviceable materials shall be effected separately in accordance with the contract conditions), complete all as specified and directed. |
| 2 | All as per Item No. 01 above, but including taking down conduit complete with all fittings and accessories, and including cutting of chases and making good disturbed surfaces to match the existing finish, complete all as specified and directed. |

| 4 | Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes, unserviceable fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, regulators, call bells, plug tops, etc. and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.(NOTE: This item is to be measured only when only existing fitting/fixture is required to be replaced. Not to be combined with taking down of point wiring under Item No 01 here-in-before). |
