Bids Are invited for Facility Management Services - Lumpsum Based - Industrial; Annual Contract For Insulation Removal, Replacement And Fabrication On Various System Equipment, Tanks, Pipe Lines ,Panels And Pumps; Consumables To Be Provided By Service Provider (Inclusive.. - Removal Of Insulation: Removal Of Thermal Hot Insulation Materials Such As Mineral Wool/Ceramic Wool/Rock Wool/Insulation Mats And Cold Insulation Such As Nitrile Puff/Cement Plaster Including Thermocol, Etc Including Removal Of Gi/Aluminium Cladding Of Thickness 0.5Mm/0.8Mm/1.0Mm & 22Swg In Active Areas And Non Active Areas From Various Pipes, Equipments, & Systems At All Elevations Including All Scaffolding Materials, Manpower,Tools, Tacks And Scaffolding Upto 3M Height And Storing The Useable Materials For Reuse And Disposal Of Scrap Materials Within A Lead Of 1 Km (Tractor/Tipper Will Be Privided By Maps )And Maintaining The Area Neat And Clean After Completion Of Work As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge. Only One Measurment Will Be Considered For Payment For Executing Removal Of Cladding, Thermal Insulation (Hot & Cold) Upto 2 Layers. Rate Is For Relaying Of 1 Layer Of Mineral Wool/Ceramic Wool/Rock Wool/Insulation Mats/Nitrile Puff. Rate Shall Be Inclusive Of All Tools And Tackles, Scaffolding Materials And Shifting Of Materials To The Location. All Insulation Materials , Lacing Wire And Adhesive Tapes Etc. Required For Pasting The Hot& Cold Insuation Will Be Provided By Npcil At Free Of Cost.Any Additional Scaffolding Required For Height More Than 3M Shall Be Paid Relevant Item. , Fabrication And Installation Of Gi/Aluminium Cladding Of Size 0.5Mm/0.8Mm/1.0Mm & 22Swg Thickness Various System Pipe Line,Valves,Flanges,Elbows,T-Joint,Dish,Panels,Etc.., As Per Specifications. Cladding Materials,Lasing Wire And Self Tapping Screws Will Be Provided By Npcil At Free Of Cost.. Rate Shall Be Inclusive Of All Manpower,Tools Tacks And Scaffolding Upto 3M Height And Disposing Of Scrap Materials Shall Be Disposed And As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge With A Lead Of 1 Km (Tractor/Tipper Will Be Provided By Maps ) And Maintaining The Area Neat And Clean After Completion Of Work. Rate Shall Be Inclusive Of All Tools And Tackles, Scaffolding And Shifting Of Materials To Location. If Any Of The Activity Mentioned In Above Items Needs Scaffolding For Making Working Platform More Than 3M Height, Actual Addional Height Above 3M Shall Be Paid In This Item. First 3M Height From Base Plate Shall Not Be Paid.
