4PROVISIONAL SUM for the shifting/relocation of existing electrical or telephone utility poles and lines traversing the site. Includes all liaison work, official application fees, payment of Departmental Demand Notes, and any associated minor civil dismantling/refilling. (Note: Payment to the contractor shall be strictly as per actual official receipts + 3 % liaison percentage).
5Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting,unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
6Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m for all kind of soils
7Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift. (tenches and plinth, porch ramp, septic tank soak tank etc)
8Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.
9Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for PRE-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment along the external wall perimeter, foundation trenches, and plinth (using Chlorpyrifos 20% EC).The contractor shall execute treatment strictly as per IS 6313 (Part-II) in three stages:Stage 1 – Trench Bottom: After excavation and leveling, and before PCC, spray the trench base and sides uniformly @ 5 L/sqm.Stage 2 – Vertical Faces: During backfilling, treat soil in contact with substructure/retaining walls by rodding and pouring emulsion @ 7.5 L/sqm of vertical surface.Stage 3 – Plinth Top: After compaction and before floor PCC, make 50–75 mm deep holes at 150 mm grid and apply emulsion to saturate soil @ 5 L/sqm.Measurement is base on plinth area of trenches not the developed surface area.Treatment must be executed using approved, ISI-marked Chlorpyrifos 20% EC (or equivalent approved), diluted to a 1% concentration (1 part chemical to 19 parts water).

14chajja and lintels :- Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

35Chicken Wire Mesh at RCC AND MASONRY Junctions:- Providing and fixing 24-gauge GI chicken wire mesh (or alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh) centered over the junction of RCC structural members and masonry walls before plastering. The mesh shall have a minimum width of 150mm (overlapping 75mm on each side of the joint) and be nailed/stapled securely to prevent thermal and shrinkage cracks in the external plaster.
36Underside of balconies, chajjas, and porch slabs PLASTER (12 MM) :- Providing and applying 12mm thick cement plaster in single coat on RCC ceilings and the soffits of chajjas/weather sheds using cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). The rate includes hacking the RCC surface, applying neat cement slurry for bonding, curing, and scaffolding. (Note: The 15x15mm drip course at the edges shall be measured and paid separately under its respective Rmt item).
37Add for plaster drip course/ groove in plastered surface or moulding to R.C.C. projections.
38Extra for Integral Waterproofing Compound (Mixed in Plaster):- (Extra over base item of cement plaster) Providing and mixing integral liquid waterproofing compound of approved make (conforming to IS: 2645) in the cement mortar for external wall plastering and chajja soffits. The chemical shall be mixed in the exact proportion recommended by the manufacturer (typically 200ml per 50kg bag of cement). The rate includes the cost of the chemical and the extra labor for homogeneous mechanical mixing. Dr. Fixit (Pidiproof LW+), Fosroc (Conplast WL), Sika (SikaCim), Pidilite or equivalent as approved by EIC
39Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).
40Extra for providing and laying 2 Nos. 6mm dia. M.S. bars at every third course of half-brick masonry (Item 6.13.2). The rate shall include straightening, cutting, and placing the bars in the mortar bed with a minimum 25mm side cover.Anchoring: The rate also includes drilling and anchoring the ends of the bars (minimum 50mm deep) into adjacent RCC columns/shear walls using neat cement slurry or approved chemical grout to ensure structural continuity.Note: Measurement shall be based on the total surface area of the 4.5\\" wall where reinforcement is provided. Joints to be filled with matching epoxy resin/pigment and machine-polished to a mirror finish. Premium Granite (Jet Black, Steel Grey, P White or Tan Brown) or Equivalent as approved by EIC
43STAIRS: Providing rounded/half-bullnose molding for treads, and 3mm deep anti-skid groove lines (3 nos.) near the nosing. Joints to be filled with matching epoxy resin/pigment and machine-polished to a mirror finish. Premium Granite (Jet Black, Steel Grey, or Tan Brown) or Equivalent as approved by EIC
44General Areas, Corridors & Wards (Vitrified Tiles)Providing and laying Double Charged Vitrified tiles in floor 600 X 1200 MM (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Once laid, the granite and tiles must be covered with some protective covering like 2mm thick foam sheets and hardboard until the project is handed over
45O.T. & ICU (Large Format Vitrified - Zero Spacing)Providing and laying Double Charged Vitrified tiles in floor 800 X 1200 MM (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . 50O.T. & ICU: Modular Cleanroom Ceiling:- Providing and fixing a modular, non-particulate, clip-in metal ceiling system. Panels shall be 600x600mm, made of 0.7mm thick powder-coated galvanized steel with an anti-bacterial coating. The system must be \\"walkable\\" or supported by a heavy-duty GI grid to allow for maintenance of above-ceiling services. All joints to be sealed with medical-grade silicone. The rate includes cutouts for surgical lights, HEPA filters, and pendants. ceiling-to-wall junction to have R-50 aluminum coving we specified for the floors and walls to ensure no 90-degree corners exist. (Rate is all inclusive) GMP, Nicomac, Lindner, Armstrong (Clean Room range) OR equivalent as approved by EIC
51Corridors & Wards: Perforated Metal Lay-in Ceiling :- Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. GI Metal Ceiling Lay in perforated Tegular edge global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of GI sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient ) of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation and backed with a black Glass fiber acoustical fleece. ensure T-grid frame is powder-coated in the exact same RAL color code as the metal tiles so the grid blends seamlessly (Armstrong (MetalWorks Perforated), Hunter Douglas, Saint-Gobain, USG Boral OR equivalent as approved by EIC.)
52OPDs & TOILETS:- fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50 mm long with 6 mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer’s specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- (Part I) :2011 (Board with BIS certification marks)( Saint-Gobain (Gyproc), USG Boral. OR equivalent as approved by EIC.)
53Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations:(a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment.
