It will be deemed to include Duties, Taxes (except GST), Octroi, Royalty etc., cost of manpower, supervision, materials, transport, all temporary works, utility identification, contractor’s profit and establishment/overheads, together with preparation of design and drawings, all general risks, insurance liabilities, compliance of labour laws and obligations set out or implied in the contracts. |
| 5 | Tenderers shall quote their offer in Indian Rupees (Rs.) only. If the tenderer fails to quote rates against the item, the tender may be treated as incomplete and non- responsive and shall be rejected. |
| 6 | Errors will be corrected by the employer for any arithmetical errors in computation or summation as per contract conditions. |
| 7 | The Financial Proposal (as per BOQ) shall be uploaded online on the website http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app. The rates shall be quoted in the excel file provided in the bid documents. The tenderer shall download the excel file and quote the rates against the item given in BOQ. After quoting their rates the excel file shall be uploaded accordingly. The rates shall not be offered/quoted elsewhere in the technical submission/ tender submission. |

FORM OF TENDER-ANNEXURE-13A PROFORMA FOR STATEMENT OF MINOR DEVIATIONS (Refer Clause C2.2 (d) of ITT) 1. | 11 | The Tenderer shall indicate price reduction against each deviation in Annexure-13A of BOQ. This price is the price which the tenderer shall reduce from his tender price if deviation(s) is/are accepted by the Employer. |
| 12 | Where there is no deviation, the statement should be returned duly signed with an endorsement indicating ‘No Deviations’. In case, Performa of deviations is not submitted or submitted as blank, it will be construed that the tenderer has not proposed any deviations from tender documents. |
| 13 | It shall be noted that in case Nil/Zero/NA Price quoted by Tenderer in Appendix-13A then it shall mean that contractor has quoted same price for deviation and undeviation bid. |
| 14 | If the tenderer proposes deviations in tender documents and/or any other terms and conditions of the tender, other than in this Appendix, it will have no effect.
