Thisschedule has been specially designed and programmed to keep the system in order andminimize breakdowns Maximum economy and efficiency is the aim.4. During the contract period in the event of any breakdown/ malfunctioning of the equipmentarising out of job carried out at free of cost.5. Response time: Within 24 Hours after call loggingResolution time: Within 48 hours in case of minor fault and 72 hours or more in case ofmajor (subject to availability of spares) |

| 15 | Terms and conditions of the Contract:Comprehensive maintenance service contract must ensure smooth running of the DG Set alongwith AMF Panel.This maintenance contract will cover repairs and or/replacement the spare with Battery,PCB and other all type material of DG Set and AMF . Following guidelines must be maintained in the contract period charging Alternator Belt,Antifreeze Coolant lnhibitor,Fan Belt set ,Coolant Hose with Clamp set Kit,Distil Watter,PCB of Diesel Generator,Battery,AMF panel materials ,Self starter ,Alternator Bush Bearing , Rectifier unit etc and all replaceable items/ materials as required for Repairing & Servicing ( B & C Checking) of Disel Generator at least once in a year |
| 16 | 1)Service Engineer will visit D.G. SET at site – for checking Engine, Battery,Control Panel & Main Alternator 12 ( Twelve ) times in a year commencing from the date of Service Contract. Also attend site during any emergency breakdown of DG or AMF Panel within 30 to 45 minutes.The visit of the Service Engineer will be at an interval of 30 days with a permissible variance of +/-7 days from the date of previous visit and check D.G. SET . |
| 17 | 2)Yearly two time consumable items required for DG maintenance as recommended by Manufacturer such as filter, coolant (top up), Lub oil as mentioned are under scope of this contract.Maintenance supervision, correction and tappet setting is in the scope of the contract. |
| 18 | 3)Your service Engineer will check up the DG Set including earthing, carry out necessary adjustment and rectification of problems to ensure the smooth performance with the engine manufacturers Standard guideline and practices. |
| 19 | 4)The agency will have to attend to any emergency break down as & when required and restore the same with the help of his skill manpower tools and trackls etc at the earliest. |
| 20 | 5)Your service Engineer will also guide ,train up and give necessary advice to our operators for the proper maintenance of DG set and satisfactory performance. |
| 21 | 6)During Each Visit ,your service engineer will submit us the service report stating the work done. |
| 22 | 7)The agency must have office and telephonic contact point(Both land and mobile) based at Kolkata. |
| 23 | 8)You should maintain One log book for registering complaints and attend only call Logbook shall be made available to inspecting officer as and when asked for. |
| 24 | 9)Failing to comply any of the above mentioned items will result to deduction of cost from the raised bill as will be determined by the accepting authority. |
| 25 | 10)Payment will be made as per PWD Ruleas againgst bill duly supported by log book. |
| 26 | 11)The contact may be terminated with one months notice from either end. |
| 27 | 12)Collection ,transportation of oil mand consumables,disposal of waste oil/filter etc ,will be arranged by Agency. |
| 28 | 13)Due care is to taken by the agency while carrying out preventive maintenance work. Agency will be responible for any damaged done to the equipment due to unskilful handling or un satisfactiry maintenance work of the agency .In such case ,agency will be liable to bear cost of such repair or pay the cost of such repair. |
| 29 | 14)Agency has to highlight the internal defects of equipments due to normal ewar and tear of equipment as may be noticed while carrying out preventive maintenance. |
| 30 | Not covered by this AMC or Beyond the Scope :- Engine Cylinder, Radiator replacement ,alternator Stator and rotor unit.or any inbuild or moulded item's . (ii)OIL Tank, Oil pipe Exhaust pipe etc. |
