Name of Work:- ADDITION / ALTERATION OF HOUSE NO 112 JUDGE HOUSE SECTOR 24, CHANDIGARH
Sl. No. Item Description
1Providing and fixing 8mm thick wooden laminated floor class of use 31/23 having wear resistance level of AC-4 as per EN-13329 with a direct pressure laminate surface including profile, treated with aluminium side, flooring of approved colour and shade complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
2Providing and fixing 15 to 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. (GRANITE).
3Providing and fixing Ist quality glazed ceramic wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand). The tiles are to be fixed by provding 3 mm thick spacer. The grooves are to be filled with cemenitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material complete in all respect and to entire statisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Size of tile 600 x 1200 mm
4Providing and laying antiskid vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x 1200 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade. The tiles are to be laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). The tiles are to be fixed with 3 mm grove using spacers. The grove are to be filled with cementitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material complete in all respect and to entire statisfaction of Engineer in Charge.
5Providing, manufacturing and installation of modular kitchen cabinets in the existing kitchen space. The kitchen cabinets are to be manufactured at factory by agency who have prior facility for manufacturing modular kitchen. The kitchen cabinets are to be made from 18mm thick HDHMR board to be provided with 1.00mm thick superior qualit high gloss laminate. The edges are to be provided with high quality PVC edge bending. The hardware and accessories for the cabinets are to be provided on make Hafele / Olive or equivalent. The cabinets shall have lighting provisions as per the approved pattern. The work also includes making holes for chimney and gas pipes. The work is to be undetaken as per the approval of the Hon'ble Judges of Punjab and Haryana High Court, for which the agency would be required to submit design details and any changes asked by the authorities shall have to be incorporated in the execution. All the work have to be executed as per the requirement and approval of the Hon'ble Judges of Punjab and Haryana High Court, complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
6Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil
7Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.
8Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)
9Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III): 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size)
10Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
11Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

16Steel work in built up frame made of / M.S. flat / M.S. pipe / M.S. angles of various sections including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of snthetic enmael paint, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc.. The work is required for making security wall jaffery/ ladder/grills/ frame work for shed or sunshade / other mis work.The steel work is to be provided at the site of the building complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
17Providing and fixing 3.0 mm thick clear polycarbonate sheet to be fixed on the existing MS / wooden frame with self drilling machine screws including remove the old polycarbonate sheet complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
18Providing & fixing P.O.P. false ceiling at all heights including poroviding & fixing of framework made of special section, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanised with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sq, (both side inclusive) as per IS 277 and consisting of angle cleat of size 25mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm, at 1200mm clc, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers or 25 x 10 x 0.50mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I chanels 45 x15 x 0.90mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm c'c, to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26 mn each having lips of 10.5mm, at 450mm cIc, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I ntermediate channel with connecting cip made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long G.I wire at every junction, including perimeter channels 0.50mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/ partitions with the help of Rawl plugs at 450mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws 230mm interval, including laying of P.O.P. ceiling of average thickness 12 to 14mm reinforced with chicken mesh with ceiling sections including the cost of making opening for light fittings/concealed lighting, sound speakers, making suspended acoustical clouds, space for Curtains/ blinds, grills, diffusers, cut outs made with frame of perimeter channels etc suitably fixed by giving required offsets, excluding the cost of painting all complete as per and direction of the Engineer in charge
19Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood (kiln seasoned) chowkhat 4 1/2\\" x 2 1/4\\"including cost of corner straps, iron hold fasts, hinges, screws,nails, fevicol etc. and spirit polish of chowkhats. Rate includes the cost of dismantling of all damaged chowkhats and making good the damage to walls plaster and floors as required including, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground the rate further includes the cost of painting two coats synthetic enamel paint over one coat of wood primer complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge
20Providing and fixing 35mm thick phenol bounded factory manufactured solid flush door shutter ISI marked with both side 4mm teak ply in the existing chowkhat. The rate includes the cost of all necessary stainless steel fittings and french spirit polish on teak ply complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
21Dismantling of ceramic tiles or vitrified and plaster to making the surface clean for refixing the glazed tiles including removing of malba complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
22Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.In cement mortar
