Name of Work:- Special Repair and water tightness of terrace at Karl Landsteiner Auditorium AGMC and GBP Hospital, Agartala,Tripura(W) during the year 2025-26.

1Removal of existing water proofing system upto any thick max upto 20 to 400 mm and disposing the debris upto a max.lead of 1 km from site to stocking ground including cost of labour, tools, tackles, equipments etc. complete all including removal of debris.
2Providing and fixing shear connectors, fixing with epoxy as per manufactures specification, drilling 10mm dia hole upto a depth of 100mm, cleaning the holes with blowers etc. and fixing connectors with 8mm steel upto a length of 150mm to 300mm depending upon the requirement including cutting and bending with labour, equipment, machinary etc. complete wherever required.
3Surface preparation by overlay (50mm) with rich grade concrete M25 and (Pre-packed polymer modified mortar if required), by Vaccume Dewatering System with separated with plain glass of suitable size on either side or grovering excluding the cost of centering shuttering, and reinforcement, including Polypropylene Fibre at the rate of 800 Gm per cum of concrete and admixture at the rate of 150ml per bag of cement, etc complete and the glass shall be fixed with micro concrete or equ. including bond coat of SBR/cement slurry etc complete after removing loose friable material and weak concrete, surface defects such as blowholes and voids must be fully exposed. Repairs to be substrate, filling or joints, blowholes/voids and surface leveling must be carried out using appropriate products, surface biocide used in the treatment of microbial contamination (fungi, algae, mosses, lichen, mildew and moulds) to be applied prior to the application of a coating system. It is also essential that visible growth, flaking paint and others loose materials are removed prior to application. This may be achieved by wire brush, scraper or other similar means.Oil/grease contamination should be removed using a proprietary solution etc. complete, High spots/undulation must be removed by grinding, outgrassing is a naturally occuring phenomenon of concrete that can produce pinholes in sussequently applied coatings, so the surface preparation must be touch sound and neat & clean to receive the coating.Measurement shall be in length and breath of the over lay, steel, shear connector & centering shall be paid separately.
4Providing and placing in position Micro Concrete, which shall be cement based pre-packed single component chloride free, non-shrink , free flow, self compacting ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion obtained from approved manufacturer as per specification upto Grade not less than M40 for column, beam, slab etc. wherever required including mixing with paddle fitted low RPM machine, including materials, Aggregate, labours etc. complete.
5Providing and applying Single componenet Hydrophobic Polyurethane resin, which shall be low Viscos 250 (mPa-s), specific Gravity upto 1.20 (G/ml) or Higher , Tensil Strength Not less than 15N/Mm2 , Tensil Shear Strength Noty less than 7 N/Mm2, Compressive Strength Not less than M50 etc complete including PDP Pump, which shall be High Pressure Gauge fitted pump, electrically operated as per from approved manufacturer as per specification
6Providing and inserting 12mm dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diametre (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete, as required and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
7Providing and applying PU coating ( Polyurethane) by spray etc complete as per manufacture specification minimum PU at the rate 0.700 kg/ Sqm etc complete the substrate should be checked for < 4% pbw moisture content, Relative Air Humidity 85% r. h. max, the mixing must be thoroughly mixed using a low speed electric stirrer (300 - 400 rpm) or other suitable equipment, if applied by roller then roller shall be With a solvent resistant, “non-fuzzy” roller, or if applied by spray then spray shall be Airless spray equipment, for example: piston pump Wagner EP 3000. (pressure: ~ 200 - 250 bar, nozzle: 0.38mm - 0.53mm, angle: ca. 50 - 80°) including materials , skilled applicator, labours , tools tackles etc complete (The product performance shall be guranteed for ten year from the date of application)
8Two component, composite water based silicone impregnateing solution with Nano mechanism, which impart water repellency at 100% for mineral construction materials, with UV resistance, barrier against chloride ions, carbon dioxide and water, it can be Siloxane- Silicone modified two-component waterborne polyurethane was synthesized by the reaction between siloxane-modified hydroxyl-functional polyurethane aqueous dispersion and the hydrophilic-modified polyisocyanate, or with any such equal composite mechanism, with a NANO mechanism, so that, the process of impregnateing and surface protection shall be ensured.Two process waterproofing systemComponent \\"A\\" as base application - Impregnateing solution with low vicious, which should provides 100% water repellency Component \\"B\\" as top application- Protection to treated surface with UV resistance, barrier against chloride ions, carbon dioxide and water, with excellent bond strength, etc.Measurement shall be in lenghth and breath

10Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to pproved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/ plying of load carrying motorvehicle of 3.5 cum or more.
