| 1 | Design, Fabrication and supply of standard Aluminum Alloy Gangway as per drawing, specifications below and as per IS 10558: 2013 and ISO 7061:2024, IMO MSC.1/Circ.1331, SOLAS of (International Standards for Gangway, Bros & Fenders) made out of high tensile Aluminum Alloy Angle 100x100x10mm & 1 3/4 G.I (C Class) Pipe Hand Rails at both sides, including providing End hooks on top 20mm thick with footsteps having 30 cm interval, 6mm thick aluminum chequred sheet for top platform, 2 Nos heavy duty wheels as normally at bottom(detachable), End roller of 150mm dia with bearing roller. 100cm long plate at bottom with hinges, 2 Nos removable type M.S Wheel 300mm dia with ball bearing and hard rubber lining at the center of the Gangway for moving manually on wheels, 4 sets extra ring suitable to tie up with ship at top, providing 4 Nos test quality link chain for both ends, Hand rails with GI pipes 11/2” dia vertical: Horizontal 11/4” dia joined by welding. Two number revolving wheel at bottom capable to take 2 Ton cap. Point load has to be provided with M.S/G.I brackets etc., additional 4 Nos each hooks should be provided in both side for the lifting.
