| 2 | Scope Include:-- Deployment of sufficient manpower and vehicle under vendor scope - Deployment of all required tools, tackles, Consumables(Paint, Grease,washers, nut & Bolt, Sealing tape,Teflon tape WD-40 corrosion remover), Machinary.etc under vendor scope as per the instruction of IOAGPL EIC/SIC.Work details:-- Attend all SR boxes for Cleaning their surrounding areas,SR box body&frame and foundation.etc, - Complete leak checking off SR GI plumbings, GI fittings,regulator, and TF with soap solution and Multi Gas(MG will provide by IOAGPL).- Rectification of all leakages,Repair or Replacement of regulator, Bush,SR body&frame,GI plumbing, GI fittings, TF,other consumables etc..(if any)- Operational check of SR and ensure the good functionality.- Painting of SR box body&frame, stenciling the SR number and other relevant details as per the instruction and satisfaction of EIC/SIC.- Free issue materials shall be supplied by IOAGPL (Vendor shall arrange for receiving, handling, loading, transportation and unloading of GI Pipe, Fittings, Regulator, etc. from IOAGPL stores)- Works shall be executed as per instruction and satisfaction of EIC/SIC.- Prepration and submission of reprot as per the format provided by IOAGPL.All Consumables other than Free Issue Materials under vendor scope |

| 4 | Scope Include:-- Deployment of sufficient manpower and vehicle under vendor scope - Deployment of all required tools, tackles, Consumables, Machinary.etc (i.e. Mud Motor, Generator, etc) as per the instruction of IOAGPL EIC/SIC under vendor scope Work details:-- Attend all MDPE valve chamber for Cleaning their sorroundings, Inside of chamber, remove the water and other contaminants if any.- Complete leak checking with soap solution and Multi Gas(MG will provide IOAGPL).- Operational check of valve and ensure the good functionality.- Painting inside chamber and stenciling the chamber number on sleepers of valve chamber.- Free issue materials shall be supplied by IOAGPL (Vendor shall arrange for receiving, handling, loading, transportation and unloading the materials. from IOAGPL stores)- Works shall be executed as per instruction and satisfaction of EIC/SIC.- Prepration and submission of reprot as per the format provided by IOAGPL.All Consumables other than Free Issue Materials under vendor scope |

| 8 | Scope include1) Checking and confirming the integrity of RCC/HDPE guard installation, clamping, alignment, painting, Suraksha hose, valves, etc.2) Meter functioning check3) Operating pressure check using calibrated Digital Manometer of proper pressure range4) Lock pressure test to be performed as per IOAGPL standard procedure 5) Leakage rectification if any, installation of new clamps, replacement of faulty materials (Clamps, Meter, Regulator, etc.)6) Dropping of House Close leaflet for House close cases7) Reporting of anomalies to EIC8) Checking for any illegal extension, GI line concealment, etc. & stopping the gas supply if found any unsafe situation/act with the help of EIC, etc.9) Corrosion/rust removal and paint touch up10) Replacement of expired Suraksha Hose11) Preparation of reports as per the format provided by IOAGPL12)Deployment of sufficient manpower and vehicle under vendor scope Free issue materials shall be supplied by IOAGPL (Vendor shall arrange for receiving, handling, loading, transportation and unloading of GI Pipe,Fittings, Regulator, meter, etc. from IOAGPL stores). Procurement/ maintenance of all tools, tackles, pressure guages and consumables shall be the scope of vendor. Consumables shall include but not limited to GI powder coated clamps, Teflon Tape, \\"O\\" ring, paint etc. Works shall be executed as per the instruction and to the satisfaction of EIC/SIC.
