Cap. with 15 mtr. staging height at Town Bharari, Providing, Laying, Jointing and Testing of Gravity mains & Supply & Erection of Centrifugal Pumping Machinery for stage 1st & 2nd with complete automation) including trial run period of six (6) months after physical completion of all components and successful commissioning of the scheme i.e Job No. 2.

3C/O RCC Water Storage Tank:- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) RCC Circular under ground/partial under ground storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil. including PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and M:30 design mix for all components of tank with provision of inspection path around the dome with all alied civil works such as c/o chamber for valves, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers with frames of heavy duty with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness, All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves shall be included in the rates of tanks, complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The contractor shall provide 5 sets of approved drawing with design to the department. (Ref data sheet No.2 & 3 for further details).

9Excavation in foundation and trenches for pipes & pits upto all depths etc.in all kinds of soils such as pick work,jumper work,blasting work in soft and hard rocks,chiselling work/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited and saturated soils,stacking the excavated earth with in all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers,when req.into plinths sides of foundations and trenches etc., consolidating of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer in charge with in all lead and lifts including uprooting of trees, dressing of bed and sides and preparation of sub- grade including shoring,sturtting,timbering and dewatering where ever is required, providing diversion for traffic,fixing night signals caution board crossing over trenches for acess to houses and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
10Providing, laying, jointing and testing in trenches of Galvanized MSERW flanged/butt welded pipes including cost of flanged bends of all degrees conforming to IS/ISO:3183-2012 with steel grade L-210 or A ( with upto date ammendements )having wall thickness as specified below with plain end and capable of withstanding required test pressure in random length of 4 to 7 meters, including specials, short pieces, bends, reducers, tees etc. made from parent tube.The M.S. flanges are to be provided 1% of total joints and remaining 99% joints with butt welded joints as per table below. The MS flanges shall confirm to BIS 6392-1971 (with latest up to date amendments) duly welded in three layers (one inner and two outer) with pipes at both ends as per relevant BIS standards along with nuts and bolts of required sizes confirming to BIS 1364 (with upto date ammendments). 3mm thick compressed asbestos fiber/synthetic rubber gaskets confirming to relevant BIS standards. The laying of pipe shall include all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, providing & fixing of MS flanges, fabrication of bends, tees,valves etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. (Data Sheet No.7 for further detail)
11300 mm dia GMSERW pipe as per IS:3183-2012 (L-210 or A) wall thickness 4.80 mm
12Providing welding and fixing of M.S. flanges @ 1% of joints, conforming to following tables as per IS 6392-1971 (Latest with up to date amendments) and welding of MS flanges with GMS/GMSERW pipes in two layers on both faces i.e two layer on outer faces and one layer on inner faces to make the joint leak proof (The cost of proving and layer of GMSERW pipes to be measured and paid for separtely). The welding of flanges shoild conform to IS 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 814-1991 and required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS 1364, the thicthness of gasket not less than 3.00 mm conforming to IS 2712-1998. The work shall be done as per entire satisfactio of engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

15Providing circumferential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding to below mentioned dia with DPT testing and wall thickness GMSERW pipe welded in three number of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS: 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes of 2.5 mm to 6.3 mm of Advani Oerlikon (Adore)-CITOJET/ES/ESAB make, conforming to IS 814-1991 including Die pentration test, at site of work complete in all respects, including manual/machanical handling of pipe in all leads and lifts, including DPT and coating of two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

36The power of electric motor/motors should be at least (+) 10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump/pumps in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-) 15% of the duty point head. The motor/motors should be as per IS: 325-1978 with upto date amendments read with IS:900-1972. The starting current of the motor shall be limited to not more than 4.5 to 5 times of full load current. Energy efficiency level of the motors should be minimum 1E2. The pumping machinery shall be fully automated (SCADA based) with VFD panel alongwith motor PLC system on eathernet flow meter, level switchs and pump interface complete in all respect and shall be capable of starting and switching off as per the requirement of water and factors like water levels in the intake/ sump and storage reservoir, time, power availability to be monitored/ operated from pump house/ Plant Building, Sub. Divisional office and Divisional office. The HP are indicative.Since the re-survey and re-design of proposal/scheme is to be carried out by the lowest bidder, the design/drawings so approved by the competent authority after finalisation of design and drawings,any variation in HP and other accessories etc.The rate shall be worked out on prorata basis after approval of the competent authority and payment will be made accordingly.
