2Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
3Material and labour for brick work in half brick thick wall straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
4Taking down cement plaster/rough cast plaster from brick walls/soffits of roof projections & chajjas /ceilings etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc including disposal of rubbish material to any distance out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.
5Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200 ml per bag of cement of 50kg, finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only under appropriate item of BOQ.
6Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.
7Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.
8Material and labour for rendering/plastering 5 mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces of ceiling, finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.
9Material and labour for rough cast plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer not less than 10mm cement plaster (1:3) (1 cement: 3 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of (1: 1: 1) shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered, complete in all respects and as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
10Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying three coats of white wash by using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed.
11Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down or by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying three coats of white wash by using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed.
12Material and labour for preparation of interior surfaces of walls/ceiling/soffits etc (on new surface or old prepared surface after complete removal where directed through site order book), applying acrylic putty is a water-based, Smooth, creamy paste (ready-to-use), white or off-white color (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers), including sanding with wall sander after filling the putty in first coat/second coat to make surface smooth and ready for receiving further painting work complete all as specified and as directed.Notes : (i) The prepared surface after putty, the contractor will inform to the Engineer-in-Charge/GE for site inspection before applying further finishes. Further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.
13Material and labour for applying 02 coats of interior acrylic emulsion paint of approved tint/shade (Company Depot Tinted) @ 8 sq.m/litre/2 coats to wall surfaces (on new surface or old prepared internal surface after complete removal and applying putty) over and including a coat of interior primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat (primer shall be same make as acrylic emulsion paint), paint and primer applying by using paint roller brush complete all as specified and as directed.Brand and Make of interior acrylic emulsion paint: - Bison Acrylic Emulsion of Berger / Tractor Emulsion of Asian / Beaty Smooth of Nerolac Brand and Make of primer: - Seal O Primer of Berger / Smart Care Primero of Asian / Excel Alkali Prime of Nerolac

15Material and labour for preparation of old previously treated surfaces of concrete / chequered tiles / interlocking tiles / kerb stone /Brick of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth, by cleaning the dust and removing all loose particle with using clean cloths, brooms and dry paint brush etc and after preparing the surfaces applying two coats of washable floor paint, coverage per sqm @ as per manufacturer’s brochure, of approved tint/colour (one colour or alternative any colour) complete as specified and as directed.Make : - INDIGO Platinum Series / Asian paints Apex Floor Guard Exterior Paint / Dulux Floor Plus
16Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, including cleaning the surface free from dust, dirt, grease, oil and other foreign matter and surface imperfections by rubbing down with emery paper/sand paper or by other approved means to obtain a clean, smooth and even surface and further applying one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of first-quality synthetic enamel paint of approved brand, shade and tint, each coat applied by brush only after proper preparation and complete drying of the preceding coat, to produce a smooth, uniform, durable and aesthetically acceptable finish, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
17Material and labour for preparation of new wooden or wood-based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, including cleaning the surface free from dust, dirt and other foreign matter, rubbing down with sand paper to obtain a smooth and even surface, filling nail holes, minor cracks, joints and hairline defects with approved wood filler or a mixture of synthetic adhesive (Fevicol or equivalent) and commercial wood powder, and rubbing down the filled surfaces smooth after drying, and further applying one coat of pink wood primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade, each coat applied by brush only after proper preparation and complete drying of the preceding coat, to produce a smooth, uniform, durable and aesthetically acceptable finish, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
18Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth by cleaning the dust and removing all loose particle with using clean cloths and dry paint brush & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour as per existing with using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed.
19Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth by cleaning the dust and removing all loose particle with using sanded paper, clean cloths and dry paint brush & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour to achieve glossing finish with using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed.
20Material and labour for preparation of plastered surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices (on new surface or old prepared surface after complete removal) by brooming down with using broom/sand papering or by any other mean, washing down with water and applying two coats of cement base paint as per approved tint/colour with using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed.
21Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level of any description and in any position and including disposal of rubbish material to any distance out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

23Dismantling of interlocking tile/paver block/brick/chequered tile etc (laid flat or on edge etc) laid dry or pointed complete all as specified and as directed.
24Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels, benching/coping of manholes/drains, coping, mud stops, packing sides/around of interlocking tiles, bed block, thrust block, for embedded posts & similar work etc at ground and normal height including weatherings, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and including necessary form work as required etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
25Material and labour for 40mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), Type-B-1 , using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in floors, pavement, hardstanding and finishing the surface of concrete topping even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.
26Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement including 10mm wide, 30mm deep joints at the rate of 2.00 mtr centre to centre and at every turning point, filling the Joints with bituminous sealing compound of grade ‘A’/bitumen mastic filler/sealant complete all as specified and as directed
27Material and labour for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
28Material and labour for PCC ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed
29Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.
30Material and labour for Coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick laid as in floor/path, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg / Per Sqm, tiles made by table vibratory method using PU/rubber mould, with grey cement and colour pigment, colour / pattern as approved, complete all as specified and as directed.
31Material and labour for Coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick laid as in floor/path, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg / Per Sqm, tiles made by table vibratory method using PU/rubber mould, with grey cement and colour pigment, colour / pattern as approved, complete all as specified and as directed.
32Supply and laying/fixing 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block/ interlocking tile of M-35 grade, prepolished & preglazed, with approved colour, design & pattern (laid in required colour & pattern as directed) as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 30mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.
33Supply and laying/fixing 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block/ interlocking tile of M-40 grade, prepolished & preglazed, with approved colour, design & pattern (laid in required colour & pattern as directed) as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 30mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.
34Material and labour for Dismantling/taking out old paver block/ interlocking tile of any description and in any position, making surface leveled as per site requirement and refixing/laying the same over and including 30mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

No extra payment shall be admissible on this account.

45Material and labour for providing and fixing machine-cut Kota stone slabs, 16–18mm thick (minimum), of approved quality, colour and shade, in stair treads, risers, landings, skirting, dado, pillar cladding and other similar locations, cut to the required size and shape, dressed true, set and jointed in position over and including a 10mm thick cement mortar (1:3) screed bed, laid to the required line, level and slope, with neat cement slurry. The work shall include cutting, dressing, trimming, machine finishing, forming mitred joints where required, rounding or chamfering exposed edges, pointing joints with white cement mixed with suitable matching pigment to match the colour and shade of the stone, rubbing, grinding and final polishing by machine/hand-held polishing machine to produce a smooth, even and lustrous finish, complete in all respects, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
