If Every Supplied Batch Of The Approved Vendor Contains Test Report From Nib/Niv/Nari/Icmr Then The 2% Testing Charge Will Not Be Deducted From The Bill(S). 9. All Prospective Bidders Are Requested To Quote The Rate In Boq As Per Accounting Unit & Item Specification As Mentioned In The Table-A. Wrong Quoting Of The Rate In Boq Will Be Dealt With As Per Penal Provisions Of The T&C Of The Tender. 10. Tendered Quantity Is Just A Tentative Quantity And Should Not Be Treated As Final. It May Increase Or Decrease, As Per Need Of The State. Keeping This In Mind, The Supplier Is Not Allowed To Seek Termination Of The Rate Contract After Finishing Supply Of Tendered Quantity.
