2Removing the unserviceable door shutter carefully by unriveting the hinges, supply and fixing new door shutter made of 1 mm thick MS sheet of same size and shape duly fixed to almirah large steel with new 80mm long MS hinge, complete all as specified and directed and shown on drawing.
3Removing the unserviceable lock from shutters of almirah large steel, supply and fixing new 6 lever lock with duplicate keys, complete all as specified and directed also shown on drawing.Make. Locks (Godrej/ Harrison/ Link).
4Removing the unserviceable handle from the almirah steel large, supply and fixing new 130mm long chromium plated handle to steel shutters, complete all as specified and directed also shown on drawing
5Removing the unserviceable/ damaged shelf carefully by removing the rivets and welding spots, supply and fixing new shelf made of 1mm thick MS sheet of same size and shape, complete all as specified and directed also shown on drawing.
6Removing the unserviceable/ damaged bottom portion carefully by removing rivets and welding spots and supply and fixing new bottom made of 1mm thick MS sheet of same size and shape, complete all as specified and directed also shown on drawing.
7Removing the unserviceable leg from bottom of almirah carefully by unriveting and using hand held cutting machine without damaging the other parts. Supply and fixing new leg made of 1mm thick MS sheet to the existing place through welding and riveting, complete all as specified and directed also shown on drawing.
8M&L for painting each almirah by peeling out the old paint by applying paint remover solution, filling metal putty to the uneven surfaces and sanding it to make the surface smooth then wipe out the surface and remove the dust with a fine cloth, one coat of hammer tone paint as per existing shade shall be applied externally and internally to complete almirah. The painting to each article shall only be carried out by spray machine only.

19Removing the existing unservicable/ rusted drawer complete from officer's steel office table, supply and fixing new drawer made of 1mm MS sheet as per size and dimension with 100mm long chrome plated handle fixed at front, complete all as specified and directed as shown on drawing.
20Removing the unserviceable lock from drawers and shutters of table office officers steel, supply and fixing new 6 lever lock with duplicate keys, complete all as specified and directed as shown on drawing.Make of Locks:- Godrej/ Harrison/ Link
21M&L for continous gas welding to all broken joints of table in length of 10 cm, complete all as specified and directed as shown on drawing.
22Removing the old broken PVC shoes from the legs of table, Supply and fixing new PVC shoes of size 25mm x 25mm having metal washers fitted inside at bottom, complete all as specified and directed as shown on drawing.
23M&L for painting each table office officer steel by peeling out the old paint by applying paint remover solution, filling metal putty to the uneven surfaces and sanding it to make the surface smooth then wipe out the surface and remove the dust with a fine cloth, one coat of hammer tone paint as per existing shade shall be applied externally and internally to complete table. The painting to each article shall only be carried out by spray machine only, complete all as specified and directed as shown on drawing.

53Removing old unserviceable damaged short rail and supply and fix new GI pipe medium grade 32mm dia ISI mark short rail make of GI pipe Jindal/ Surya/ Parlkash length of short rail, complete all as specified and directed and shown on drawing.
54Obtain damaged old unserviceable short rail converted to legs and fixed after threading, complete all as specified and directed and shown on drawing.
55S&F of new GI legs 32mm dia pipe ISI mark Make of GI Pipe medium grade Jindal/Surya/Parkash length of leg as shown in drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
56Removing of old unserviceable damaged checknut and supply new GI Checknut 32mm dia and fix, complete all as specified and directed and shown on drawing.

58Replacement of existing unserviceable plywood top from charpoy steel hard top and supply and fixing plywood top by using 12mm thick 7 ply commercial BWR grade ISI mark of size 1850mm long and 850mm wide plywood shall be fixed with nuts bolts and washers, complete all as specified and directed.
59M&L for prepartiion of old painted surface and applying one coat of black synthetic enameled paint to charpoy steel hard top including welding of broken parts duly painted, complete all as specified and directed.
