184Removing unserviceable MDF board/Ply top from charpoy GI Pipe, tightning complete charpoy i.e loose checknuts ,elbows,Long rails and short Rails and S&F Ply wood 12mm thick commercial type, BWR Grade ISI Marked of size 1980x900mm. Ply wood shall be fixed to the GI frame using 16 Nos of GI washers of suitable size / thickness on top to maintained the plywood top in level position, nuts shall be tightned with check nuts complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
185Removing unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI Pipe, tightning complete charpoy i.e loose checknuts ,elbows,Long rails and short Rails and S&F Ply wood 12mm thick commercial type, BWR Grade ISI Marked of size 1980x900mm and three Nos MS Flat iron of size 30mm x 5mm of required length between the long Rail on Equal distance to provide more strength to ply wood. Three Nos flat iron of size 30mm X 5mm of reqd length shall be welded between the long rails on equal distance. Ply wood shall be fixed to the GI frame using 16 Nos of GI washers of suitable size / thickness on top to maintained the plywood top in level position, nuts shall be tightned with check nuts. Stiffner shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.(DRG-FD-220)
186S&F new long rail of size 1900 mm long made out of 32 mm bore medium grade(in replacement of old U/S long rail) GI Pipe duly threaded GI Pipe duly threaded on both ends and fixing to charpoy complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The items includes threading both sides in new long rail also.
187Fixing only short rail made out of dismantled long rail of size 814 mm long duly threaded on both ends including dismantled of old U/S short rail all as specified in drg and directed by Engr-in charge.
188Fixing only legs made out of dismantled short rail of size 394 mm long one side threaded and other side 3mm thick MS sheet(made to shape of bottom) & providing with 2 parallel MNF clam made out of of FI of size 25mm x 3mm holding for 19mm dia conduit pipe complete as specified in drg and directed.

193Removing of old unserviceable following parts from Chair Dining with long back supply and fix new following parts of first class hard wood (teak wood) duly finished with existing shape and fixed with bamboo pin and fevicol including tightening of other joints and provided PVC hard rubber shoes as shown on drg and complete all as specified and directed.
