Name of Work:- SPL REPAIR TO BUILDING NO. T-208, T-209, T-214 (BCD) & T-614 of XXXXXX AT ZAKHAMA MILITARY STATION.

1Demolition of Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.
2Material & Labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring, surface finished even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and as directed.
3Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing tiles frm site and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.
4Material & Labour for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square /rectangular) of premium quality, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18sqm in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by AGE(I).
5Material & Labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450X 300X 7mm thick of premium quality on skiriting/dado, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with white/coloured to match over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by AGE(I).
6Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.
7Supply and fixing suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system) of grid size 600mm x 600mm with main runner 38mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24 mm using 4 mm thick High Pressure Non asbestos Fibre Cement pre painted decorative board (E-board Classic) in a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4 mm dia GI wire hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing position for light fixtures, air conditioning diffusers and ducts, sprinkler, smoke detectors etc. The main runner to be secured to structural soffit by hangers @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450 mm from the adjascent wall, Flush fitting 1220 mm cross Tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610 mm c/c so as to form 600mm x 600mm grid complete all as specified and as directed.
8Supply and fixing 4 mm thick,Plywood, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and as directed.
9Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillers etc complete all as specified and as directed.
10M & L for brick work in half brick thick walls using old size 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in Cement Mortar 1:4 including 2 Nos of 6mm dia bars at every fourth course of brick work complete all as specified and as directed.
11Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
12Materials and labour for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface as on wall in cement mortar (1:6) and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
13Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface as on wall mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 2% by wt of cement, finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.(Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately)
14Supply only integral water proofing compound (WPC) of best quality (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.
15Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of Cement Based paint over a coat of Alkali Resistant Primer complete all as specified and as directed.
16Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of priming surface chalk whitening complete all as specified and as directed.
17Material and labour for preparation of old decorated wooden surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
18Material and labour for preparation of old decorated steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
19Material and labour for preparation of new wooden surface exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.
20M & L for two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide / Zinc Chrome Primer on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
21Dismantling of Mild Steel or Wrought Iron Work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.
22Supply and fixing Rolled mild steel joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality- A etc complete all as specified and as directed .
23Supply and fixing mild steel Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming toFe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.
24Supply and fixing plain galvanised mild steel sheeting of 0.63mm thick in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drips and straight flashings with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.
25Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.
26Material and labour for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.
27Material and labour for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as complete all as specified and as directed.
28Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section, unframed work in any position complete all as specified and as directed.
29Taking down chowkat with shutter without taking off shutter from the frame n.exc 1.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.
30Taking down Chowkats or frame with shutters [without taking off shutter from the frame] exceeding 1.5 Sq.m but not exceeding 4.00 Sq.m each and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.
31Material and labour for Timber framed and fixed clean sawn 2nd class hard-wood in scantling fixed complete all as specified and as directed.
32S&F powder coated Anodised aluminium frame (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for sliding windows, doors and ventilators with or without rebates including joining cleats for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
33S & F Aluminium Powder Coated Three Track (2 glazed & one gauze shutter) Sliding Window Frame (aluminium sections weighing not less than 1.67kg/m for frame) and Shutters (aluminium sections weighing not less than 0.55kg/m for shutter) including necessary Joining Cleats, Glazing Clips, Neoprene Rubber Packing, Powder Coated Aluminium Snap Beading, Screws, Powder Coated Aluminium Fittings such as Locking Arrangement [4 Nos], including glazing with 5 mm thick plain Glass and aluminium Aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium beading and making good the surface complete all as specified .Note: (a)The size of aluminium sections shall be all as specified in relevant IS code and MES Schedule Part - I.[b] Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for cost of rubber beading, glazing clips, neoprene packing, fittings such as locks, 5mm thick plain sheet glass and wire cloth etc.
34S&F Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats,glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and as diretced.
35S & F Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
36Supply and fixing sheet glass ordinary quality 5.5mm thick, in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane, glazing with oil putty complete all as specified and as directed.
37Supply & Fixing factory made, 30 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and as directed.
38Supply & Fixing 30mm thick, Second Class Hard Wood, Glazed and Skeleton Shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated Sash Bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part – I, Section 8, Clause 8.24 [b] and fitted to Chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.
39Material and labour for 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Sec-tion 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed.
40Supply & fixing Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.
41Supply and fixing 3.00 mm thick ordinary quality sheet glass and glazing with oil putty square n.exe 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

50Supply and fixing in repairs Vitreous China squatting pan of ‘Orissa pattern’, size 580 mm x 440mm (white) with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, front or back inlet and foot rests, any pattern complete including provision of PCC bedding and connection to trap, flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe, etc. including making good the disturbed floor complete all as specified and as directed.
51S & F in repairs Vitreous China Wash Down Water Closet [Pedestal pattern], White, including plastic water closet seat back closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminium hinging device and 'P' or 'S' trap complete all as specified and as directed.
52Supply and fixing in repairs 10 litre capacity low level PVC flushing cistern (any colour), syphonic action type, with inlet, ball valve, float, handle, fixed with cast iron bracket (of suitable size) and providing 32 mm dia PVC flush pipe and making all necessary connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
53S & F in repairs Vitreous china urinal, half stall type, flat back, white, complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar [1:2], securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement, including 32mm dia brass chromium plated waste fittings with long screw shanks and fly nuts, flange end bedded in red led cement and other end fixed, rubber plug with rings including CI Brackets, 32mm bore PVC flexible waste pipe, grating and union for discharge pipe, CP screws etc complete all as specified and as directed.
54Supply and fixing in repairs 15mm bore fancy type chromium plated bib taps with crutch of butterfly handle screwed down for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed.
