1SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B/R WORKS): Demolition of brick work built in CM incl all quions arches, pillar etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
2Material and labour for brick work with flyash bricks of class designation 75, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
3Material and labour for flyash Brickwork having class designation 75, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
4Taking down Cement plaster on brick or stone walls incl raking out joints hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.
5Material and labour for Rendering 15 mm thick on surface of any description of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed .
6Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar (1:4), using water proofing compound complete. NOTE:WPC will be measured and paid for separately. complete all as specified and as directed.
7Material and labour for 10mm thick plaster on ceiling or sides/ bottom of rcc surfaces in CM 1:3 & finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.
8Material and labour for rough cast plastering over and incl 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered. Rough cast plaster shall be applied as specified clause 14.22 of SSR Part-I . complete all as specified and as directed.
9Supply only integral water proofing comound ISI Marked complete all as specified and as directed.
10Material and labour for cleaning the brickwork surface with wire brush to remove the efflorescence present on surface, wash with biobock to maintain the PH level and cleaning the surface to remove any residue. The surface is cleaned with water to remove loose particle & following treatment is applied including cost of all labour & material : (a) Filling up of all masonry gaps with cement sand mortar mixed with Birla opus all dry repair master or equivalent. Curing of surface as per site requirements.(b) Clean the surface with broom & apply one coat of birla opus all dry repair master admixed with cement in ratio 1 part cement : 1 part polymer or equivalent.(c) Apply one coat of Birla opus or equivalent all dry repair master admixed with cement in ratio 1 part polymer : 1.5 part cement & application of 45 GSM fibre mesh sandwiched between 1st & 2nd coat of Birla opus all dry repair master or equivaent.(d) M&L for 2 coats of Birla opus C2K or equivalent in vertical & horizontal direction. Sand sprinkling is carried out over the tacky surface of 2nd coat of to make it rough for adhesion, complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Sr item 10 : (i) Work shall be executed through authorized applicator of approved make & MoU regarding purchase of material and application would be required to be submitted by contractor with company/ auth agent for approval of Garrison Engineer before start of work.(ii)10 % amount of sr item 10 work done shall be reserved from payment of contactor for defect liability of 5 years from date of completion.
11Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of walls & applicataion of two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance , dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 lit/10 sqm over & including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 lit/10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.
12Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surface of walls including removal of existing treatment & applicataion of two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance , dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 lit/10 sqm over & including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90lit/10 Sqm complete, all as specified and as directed.
13Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with hand roller ,over a coat of alkaline resistant primer & a coat of birla wall care putty surface complete, all as specified and as directed.
14Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on surface of walls by using appropriate technique as approved by Engineer-in-Charge for complete removal of all layers of treatment and reaching upto old plastered surface and applying a coat of wall care putty not less than 1mm thick as per manufacture instructions and applying two coats of oil emulsion paint over a coat of alkaline resistant primercomplete all as specified and as directed.
15Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound with hand roller ,over a coat of alkaline resistant primer over a coat of birla wall care putty surface complete all as specified and as directed.
16Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on surface of ceiling by using appropriate technique as approved by Engineer-in-Charge for complete removal of all layers of treatment and reaching upto old plastered surface and applying a coat of wall care putty not less than 1mm thick as per manufacture instructions and applying two coats of oil emulsion paint over a coat of alkaline resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.
17Demolition of brick tiles or terracing tiles , single layer on roof complete all as specified and as directed.
18Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness, including, plastering & leeping complete all as specified and as directed.
19Removing of mud material exc 50 M n. exc 250 m & deposited where directed complete all as specified and directed.
20Material and labour for providing 3 mm thick APP (Atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished, reinforced with Non-woven polyster matt make as approved over roof consisting of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Ltr/Sqm by same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25º C temperature and viscocity 70-160 Cps. over the primer coat, the layer membrane shall be using butane torch and sealing all joints etc. including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on RCC roof slab including cleaning of existing using WPC @ 2% by wt of cement complete as per standard practice as per manufactuter's instructions all as specified and as directed. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under:- (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 25º C as 650/450 N/5 Cms.(ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N/5 Cms. Softening point of membrane not less than 150º C cold flexiblility up to 20º when tested in accordance with ASTM (D-5147)(iii) The laying of membrane shall be carried out through the manufacturer or their authorized applicator only.
21Material and labour for precast PCC plain factory made tiles, ISI marked, 22 mm thick, of size 250 mm x 250 mm, machine pressed and cut polished and set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and fabricated using grey cement & no pigments. over and including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:3) bedding and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound over roof surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
22Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 in levelling above roof surfaceover cement slurry @3kg/ sqm as directed in required gradient complete all as speciifed & as directed.
23Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
24Demolition of Cement Concrete as in G.F & paving n. exc. 15cm thick (above or below ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.
25Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.
26Rounding to edges of stone (of any description) slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish), complete all as specified and as directed.
27Material and labour for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished fair and even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The plinth protection shall be laid in panels and lenth of each panel shall not be more than 2.00 m all as directed 6mm joints filled with 85/25 grade bituman and sand in the ratio (1:3) shall be provided.
28Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid coloured ceramic tiles, area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 15mm thick screed bed or layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.
29Material and labour for premium quality coloured glazed ceramic tiles (350 x 250 x 7 mm thick / 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick) and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including rendering 10 mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 as in vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc complete all as specified and as directed.
30Material and labour for 18 to 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm, and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including grinding, polishing, rounding and moulding of stone slabs on edges complete all as specified and as directed.
