28REPAIRS TO SOFA SET 5 SEATER SEAT (FD-281/373)
29Replacement of existing foam cushion of Sofa including existing tapestry cloth of sofa set 4/5 seater, and supply & fix new PU Moulded Foam of density 50-55 kg per cubic meter of size 560 x 535 x 100mm thick, duly stitched with tapestry cloth and closed with Velcro of suitable size complete all as shown on drawing and complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The cost of tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs. 350.00 Per RM.
30Replacement of cover of tapestry cloth of cushion of sofa and S&F new cover of tapestry cloth on existing foam cushion with Velcro on one edge of best quality. cloth not less than 350/- per RM, Shade and texture to be got approved before bulk stiching and complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

119Removing the existing unserviceable shoe and S&F new PVC shoe in leg of Bed Hard as per existing pattern complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
120Removing existing Head Board of Bed hard steel and S&F new cushioned Head Rest of size 1150x900mm. The Head Rest Unit shall be made up of 38x38mm CRCA Square pipe of 18 gauge wall thickness. 18x18mm square CRCA pipe in the middle for support and 25x25mm square CRCA pipe at the bottom. The main bed frame where the Head board frame shall be bolted shall be 65x25mm CRCA pipe. The Head Board frame shall be slightly bend at 70 degree as shown in the drg. The frame to be powder coated with black colour. The Headboard shall be fixed with 12 mm thick plywood of BWP grade and pasted with PU Foam 75mm thick 32 density duly covered with composite tapestry of leatherette chocolate or any other shade approved by GE. The cushioned headrest to be curved at the top. The complete frame unit to be bolted with the short rail main frame as shown in the drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The New frame to be fixed with nut and bolt by providing necessary arrangement including fixing of new iron cMS plate and holes for bolt.
