13Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 metres. 14Excavation for roadwork in Ordinary Rock with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty and taxes etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
15Excavation, loading & carriage by mechanical means in medium hard rock (can not be scapped or peeled with knife, hanheld specimen can be broken with single moderate blow with pick, crushing strength between 100 to 250 kg/sqcm) in canal, foundation & cut-off trenches of earth dam & other deep cutting by means of Rock Breaker with all lifts, delifts including trimming the bed & slopes to designed finished section, loading into & transportation by taransport vehicle within 1 KM lead & depositing the excaveted materials neatly in specific dump yard as directed by the Enginerer-incharge etc complete including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty and taxes etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
16Loosening, levelling and compacting original ground supporting embankement to faciliate placement of first layer of embankement, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in table 300-2 for embankment construction & clause-305 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty and taxes etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
17Construction of embankment with Flyash Confirming to table-1 of IRC-SP-58-2001 Obtained from coal of Lignite buring Thermal Power section as Waste material, spread and compacted in layer of 200mm thickness each at OMC, all as specified in IRC-SP-58-2001 and as per approved plans including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty and taxes etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
18Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty and taxes etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
19Construction of embankment with materials deposit at site from roadway cutting and excavation form drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty and taxes etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
20Construction of sub-grade with approved material obtained from borrow pits within a lead of 5km, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty and taxes etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
21Construction of granular sub-base by providing Grading VI close graded Material, (Stone screening) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by place in method rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty and taxes etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
22Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty and taxes etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
23Providing and applying prime coat with slow setting bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty and taxes etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
24Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty and taxes etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
25Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty and taxes etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
26Providing and laying bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 509 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty and taxes etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
27Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing. 66Sign Board Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of class-B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed cover 2 mm thick aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 3mm/4mm thick aluminium composite material sheet depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3 mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB, 3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC 67.The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection,daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, linear removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from International/Goverment Laboratory/Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition, it should also be obtained from indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad.Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTM specification (D4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally.In such a situation, the Employer/Client, if so desires could seek for a performance guarantee which would released after receipt a certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67:2012 & proof of the same report shall be uploaded while quoting tendor. The retro reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 years warranty to be provided from the original sheeting manufacturer, as per Clause 6.9 of IRC 67:2012. At the end of 7 years, the sheeting shall retain atleast 80% of its original retro-reflectance.
