| 1 | Hiring of JCB/Excavator for removal of Snow/Slips and disposing of all excavated slips / earth or un-serviseable materials from the road surfaces up to any leads and lift as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. Any loss to the public/private property or any accident etc. happened during the course of hiring period/execution shall be the absolute responsibility of JCB/excavator owner/contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.The fuel and operational staff for excavator will be provided by the owner/contractor, The repair and spare, watch and ward of excavator also be borne by the contractor/owner.The daily log book will be maintained at site which should be duly verified by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Hiring of Tipper for carriage/ disposal of debris to dumping site of work with lift to suitable place with in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in Charge . The Tipper should work minimum 8.00 hour or more daily any loss to the public/ private property or any accident etc. happened during the course of hiring period shall be absolute responsibility of the Tipper owner/ contractor which shall have to be fully compensated by him in all cases the fuel and Tipper driver and lodging & boarding of operational staff will be provided by the Tipper owner / contractor the repair and spare including watch and ward of Tipper also borne by the contractor /owner.
