The motor/motors should be as per IS: 325-1978 with upto date amendments read with IS:900-1972. The starting current of the motor shall be limited to not more than 4.5 to 5 times of full load current. Energy efficiency level of the motors should be minimum 1E2. All Electrical equipments such as starter, ICTP Switches, MCB, Bush bar chamber, MCB, Panel board indicating lamps, Ammeter, Voltmeter, Hour run meter should be of electronic type and fully automated based on SCADA. The pump set should include water level guards, erection clamp, cable clips, depth gauge NRV & Sluice valve (Cast iron PN 1.6 Leader/Kirloskar & flanged GMS/GMSERW for lowering of column pipe. The treatment process and structural chain shall integrate a Raw Water Tank-cum-Inlet Chamber, Aerator Tank, Parshall Flume for flow measurement, a Pre-settling Tank equipped with Tube Settlers having a minimum 4-hour detention period, Alum & Lime Tanks for chemical handling and feeding, a high-speed Flash Mixer, Clariflocculators for coagulation and flocculation, a Rapid Sand Filter unit, a dedicated Back Wash Tank with high-efficiency pumping sets, process waste disposal units, chlorination systems, and a Clear Water Tank, including the hoisting, erection, and laying of all interconnecting C.I./G.I./MS-ERW pipes, sluice valves, scour pipes, and bypass arrangements. The project further includes the construction of a modern Plant Building-cum-Laboratory fully equipped with required laboratory instruments, development of an inspection path provided with the supply and fixing of floodlights, and all allied mechanical and electrical installations. The Project includes fencing and SCADA based complete automation of the WTP displaying water quality parameters such as ph, turbidity, TDS and alum/lime dosing as per CPHEEO standards. The firm operation of all the units, valves etc. shall be fully automized based on parameters like flow, level turbidity to be monitored from the plant building, subdivisional office and Divisional Office.This turnkey execution explicitly covers the complete testing and commissioning of the treatment plant, inclusive of the cost of all required chemicals, smooth operation and running of the plant for a trial period of 90 days as per NIT, and mandatory institutional training of departmental officials for 30 days, along with the provision and delivery of two site inspection vehicles, namely one (01) No. Toyota Innova Crysta and one (01) No. Mahindra BOLERO, in prime running condition as per contractual obligations.(Data Sheet No. 2 Attached) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information |
