1Excavation in foundations trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in hard/ soft rocks, chiseling / wedging out of hard /soft rock including dewatering in saturated soil up to all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil / materials not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 centimeter layers when required into plinths side of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.
2Laying, jointing and testing in trenches galvanized mild steel tube, tube fitting (light grade) (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately ) including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge of the following nominal bores.

12Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
13Providing and laying cement concrete work 1 : 1. 50 : 3 ( 1 cement : 1.50 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-
14Foundations, footings bases of columns and the like mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
15Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10 metre thickness) attached pilasters, buttersses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
16In suspended floor roofs, landing & shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, resumes and cantilever up to floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
17Providing and laying no fine cement concrete 1:6 (1 cement: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in. foundation and plinth and wall etc. complete within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
18Providing and laying Cement Concrete work 1:2:4(1cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work inreinforcement for reinforced concrete work.
19Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10 metre thickness) attached pilasters, buttersses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
20Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 milimetre thick welding with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 milimetre, so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies for all height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-
21Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc. up to 200 millimeters in thickness within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.
22Vertical surfaces such as walls of kuhl /channels (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.
23White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar dirt and other foreign matter.within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.
24Providing tor steel reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
25Welding of pipe at site leakage point of following dia's including digging pit for welding within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

45Supplying, installation ,testing and commissioning compact flow measuring device for low water yield natural spring at remote locations in hilly area to measure flow rate up to 200 liters/minute including communication of flow rate data to web based server with low/high flow rate alerts through SMS/WhatsApp including daily, monthly reports download in desired format. It includes 230V/12V operated remote terminal unit to collect data directly from remotely installed single/ multiple devices or from RF/ loRa signal boosters, through RF/lora communication and upload to the web server.
