| 1 | Rewinding Overhauling testing and commisioning of existing 160KVA, 11KV/415V, Dyn11, dry type transformer as following-i) Opening up core & coil assembly & yoke, lifting the core, dismantling the insulators etc. and overhauling of mounting base of coil. ii) Dismantling of HV winding core & checking of the same. iii) Replacement of HV coils - 4 Nos. with Nomex insulation. Interlayer & with double nomex insulated copper wire. iv) S&F of damaged insulating materials like Glass Tube, Glass Tape, Glass Sheet etc. as required. v) Impregnation of the HV coil & core assembly with (silicon varnish) under vacuum condition and dried up inside heating chamber vi) Reassembling the HT/LT coils and making necessary Delta/ Star connections and fitting the tap changer with ratio connection vii) Brazing of copper Busbar with Rupatam. viii) Supply & fixing of suitable rubber gasket for tank top cover, inspection cover, bushings etc. ix) Drying out the Transformer winding in the heat chamber at 180°c x) Final testing of the transformer as per IS. |

| 6 | Note: 1. The Agency must procure the materials from the manufacture / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty/support of the manufacture / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.2. Documents that authenticates such procurement from the manufacture / OEM or from their authorised sales channel and standard warranty/support should be sent from the e-mail of the manufacture / OEM / authorised sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution of work/submission of Bill.3. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, Penal action will be will be taken as per existing rules.4. All the above rates should be quoted inclusive of all taxes, duties and all ancilery charges with cost of maintenance, servicing, supply & replacement of spares for (DLP) 1 (One) year from the date of completion. 5.
