4Repair to 100KVA voltage stablizer by way of providing and fitting of Rotor Switches (02 Nos), rewinding of copper wound coil for two phases out of three of the 100 KVA Voltage Stabilizer, filling of voltage stabilizer tank with new 100 litres of T-oil by removing old , providing and fitting of Voltmeter Analog (2 Nos),and Ampere meter (Analog) 200/5A with CT. The job further includes all labour charges involved in lifting of the core, dismantling and assembly of the stabilizer, as well as charges for disconnecting the input cables from the transformer and output cables from the panels and reconnecting the same after completion of repair, head load from station to road side and then from road side to workshop for repair and after repair carriage back to pumping station, all kinds of taxes thereof.
5Repair to 40HP motor by way of dismantling the motor from base frame and carriage to the workshop, the repair includes replacement of old damaged bearings with new bearings, the job further includes rewinding of motor by way or removal of old damaged copper winding and replacement with new copper winding, then proper testing in workshop before carriage back to site and reinstalling on base frame. The job includes repair to HC pump by way of dismantling the pump from base frame and carriage to the workshop for repair, repair includes complete dismantling of impellers, bearings from both ends , shaft of the pump and then replacement of damaged impellers, bearings , shaft with new one in case of non repairable, then proper testing can be done before carriage back to the site and reinstalling on the base frame.The job further includes all kinds, labour charges, carriages and taxes thereof

7Carriage:-Carriage of pumping machinery i-e.,pump, motor, coupling set, base from pump room to work shop Jammu and back to site of work at pump room by Mech. Transportation, unloading near site of work, shifting/handling the machinery and other required material up to pump room at pumping station Talwara. The job also includes dismantling the pumping unit, unfastening the coupling bolts, nuts, bolts of the base frame for separating each component viz. motor pump, coupling set, etc., job also include shifting of 250 KVA Voltage Stabilizer from pump room to work shop Jammu and back to site of work at pump room by Mech. Transportation, unloading near site of work, shifting/handling the machinery and other required material up to pump room at pumping station Talwara.to for their proper handling and carriage complete job.LT Control Panel (Repair) :- Repair to LT Panel cum auto starter of 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply suitable for running 1 No 90/100 HP Motor pump set which shall be equipped with latest relays and preventive devices along with suitable input and output system including On/Off system. The panel shall be dust and Vermin proof fabricated out of sixteen SWG, CR Sheet enclosure of suitable size, the panel box should be sturdy in design and shutter of the panel should be equipped with locking and sealing arrangement. The panel should be provided with entry and exit holes of suitable size for incoming and outgoing cables provided with proper bus bar system of adequate current carrying capacity for power supply from incoming to outgoing terminals, digital electronic voltmeter with selector switch of reputed make is to be repaired/replaced along with set of current transformer of required rating. A neat and clean internal wiring of the panel should be done with multi strand PCV Copper cable of required rating with proper thimbling at each point wherever required. Repair/replaced with 1 no’s MCCB installed in LT Control Panel. A set of R.Y.B indicators should be installed to show all the 3 incoming phases, the panel should comprise of power contactors of suitable capacity 4 no’s fuses and fuse holders for the protection of indoor wiring, a neat and clean internal door wiring should also be made with flexible copper cables to complete the star delta circuit of outgoing supply. Protection device, fault analyzer along with isolation by pass system shall be fitted with the panel with capability to protect the motor by de energizing starter panel from following electro mechanical faults which may otherwise damage motor field coils(winding) such as.1. Low voltage (below 350 V)2. High voltage (above 450 V)3. Single phasing.4. Un-balanced phasing.5. Over loading.6. Dry running.7. Earth fault.The control relay should have tolerance up to 450 volts at 3 phase incoming electrical supply without damaging any portion/part of control /relay system. In addition the system should also have separate LED Fault indicators fitted on the panel.Painting: - Cleaning all the surfaces of suction and delivery lines by scrubbing with emery paper, sand paper, wire brushes and then applying a single coat of red oxide primer, drying out at moderate temperature then applying two coats of black synthetic enamel paint for smooth and even shades. Job includes cost of materiall and labour charges.Voltage Stabilizer(Repair):-Repair of 250 KVA voltage stabilizers with MCCB of proper rating to the system byway of extracting the core of the said voltage stabilizer, do the required repair/replacement of 03 nos LT coils, 03 nos selector switch,250 KVA by pass switch, busbar, amperemeter, voltmeter, etc. complete replacement/ filling of T-oil in the voltage stabilizer. Assembling of core and coil in the voltage stabilizer case with heating the T-oil and heating in oven and charging till the meager value is achieved. Laying and fitting of assorted size cables :- Fitting of all the cables (Alumn./copper) to the elecromechanical equipments and replacement of calbes if required to run the pumping station. Monosubmersible pump Repairs:- Repair/replacement to 10000 GPH x 30 mtrs head monosubmersible pumping unit (4 nos.) at Talwara with allied works. job includes providing of mono block submersible pumpsets along with starter and submersible copper cable and then shifting the same to the site of work i-e., Talwara by mechanical transport. Providing, Fabrication and fitting of M.S Nipple (of dia equipment of pump outlet dia) with submersible pumpset. Providing and fitting of delivery G.I Pipe line by way of welding, fabrication and filling of M.S Flanges, nut bolts of required size. The job further includes fitting of submersible pump set with required dia suction line of each HC pumping unit installed. Also Providing and fitting of steel wire rope for supporting of sub pump set inside the Dugwell. also repair/replacement of CS Sluice valve -02 nos and CS NRV – 02 nos on the delivery line of each submersible with 100 mm dia Manifold. Also repair/replacement of MUG starters at appropriate place on the panel board and repair by laying of 3c x 8mm copper submersible cables of each mono submersible pumpset unit with making of leak proof. Pump cable joints at pump and with the help of patch roll and taps. job also including the cost of material, labour charges, tools and tackles and various types of transportation involved.Testing Commissioning: - Testing commissioning of the repaired installed pumping unit along with allied starting and controlling devices for their smooth functioning. Removing rectifying the faults noticed during testing and also setting, adjusting the instruments of the panel Board , LT Control Panel and tightening of each cable thimbles of electrical points of stabilizer, main switch, starters and motors and realignment/leveling of pump & motor and checking the leakage of water from suction and delivery line if any. Job includes labour charges for skilled and semiskilled workers deployed to complete the job.Electrification: - Complete electrification of pump room job involves providing and fitting of 3 No’s Light point. Providing and fitting of suitable specification of LT Wire for lighting points and heating points. The wiring should be laid through P.V.C baton as per requirement with adequate no’s of circuit points. Fitting of main switch board having Off/On switch, power points and heating point. Complete job including the cost of material and labour charges. And providing and installation of 02 Nos LED water proof Flood Lights (20 watts) with on/off switches.

10Providing, carriage, loading, unloading and carriage of H.C. Pump of 10000 GPH X 300m (3 Nos) Head coupled with suitable induction motor. The specification of the motor should be 2900-3000 rpm, 50 HZ,, TEFC Cooled. The pumping machinery should conform to the relevant ISO standard with all latest amendments.INSTALLATION of Pump sets:-Foundation Blocks (3 NO) :- Construction of R.C.C. foundation block – 3 No of required size as per base frame of pumpset inside the pump room at pump room for installation of pumping units by excavation of soil to finish with required dimensions of the pit, removal of excavated material and disposing off the same outside the pump room at suitable place as per site conditions. The job also includes demolishing the existing flooring of requisite area with jack hammer, high carbon steel chisels and sledge hammer, providing and laying of crushed stones 40 mm and ramming properly. Laying of one layer of 1:3:6 concrete mass 30 mm thick. Fabrication & Providing of steel foundation bolts of required dia 600 mm in length – 6 Nos. having a threaded portion at one end and an anchor at the other end. Also providing fabrication of steel hexagonal nuts and washers for the foundation bolts. Fabrication of steel reinforced cuboidal structure of requisite size for the foundation block out of T.M.T steel bars 10 mm thick by way of cutting, the steel bars of required length and placing in position at proper spacing longitudinally and transversely and binding with black annealed wire them properly so that meshes of 6” size are formed. Job includes fabrication charges as well as hiring charges of welding set. Lowering the reinforced/cuboidal steel structure in the pit and then placing the base frame of the pump over the steel reinforced cuboidal steel structure making proper leveling with GI pipes and alignment of the base frame over the cuboidal steel structure. Placing the threaded end of the foundation bolts in upright vertical position at required distance in position and in alignment after lowering through holes of base frame. Binding of the foundation bolts with the steel mesh of cuboidal steel reinforced structure at various spots and then fastening the base frame over the reinforced steel structure by tightening the nuts of the foundation bolts, simultaneously ensuring proper leveling and alignment of the base frame over the reinforced cuboidal steel structure. The job further includes laying of M-20 grade cement concrete block including steel reinforcement, machine mixing laying and compaction with vibrator using stone aggregate 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand and 3 graded stone mixture of specified grade of nominal size 20mm) including binding chemical up to top level from inside the base frame and up to the bottom line of base frame from outside of the base frame – also plastering the exposed surface of block. Construction of drain for draining out the occasional leakage of water from the pump. Also repairing of damaged flooring wherever required with cement concrete mixture using chemical bonding material for smooth finish of the flooring of the pump room, and proper curing of cement works for proper strength for a minimum of 07 days. The whole job also includes cost of material and carriage charges for all material from various sources by Mech. Transport as well as head load, hire charges of shuttering material, vibrator and concrete mixture and welding set, POL for vibrator and concrete mixture, labour charges for laying of foundation block, including skilled and semi-skilled workers deployed for execution of job.Carriage :- Carriage of pumping machinery (pump, motor, coupling set, base frame to site of work by Mech. Transportation and Head Load up to Pump Room. The job also includes dismantling the pumping unit, unfastening the coupling bolts, nuts, bolts of the base frame for separating each component viz. motor pump, coupling set, base frame etc., for their proper handling and carriage.Installation (3 nos) :- Installation of new 10000 GPH X 300M Head H.C. pump set on the foundation blocks at pump room by way of providing and fitting of bolts with nuts and washers for fitting of new pump and motor on each base frame, Also leveling of pump and motor in proper alignment with each other. Tightening the nut bolts of the base frame. Providing and fitting graphite gland packing with fitting of pump glands. Coupling the pump and motor by way of fixing coupling bolts. Job includes cost of graphite gland packing, nut bolts of the base frame and labour charges for skilled and semiskilled workers deployed for execution of job.Delivery manifold (1 Nos) :- Fabrication of delivery manifold out of 200 mm M.S. pipe 12-15 feet length by plugging both the ends by welding 1 No. blind flange at each end and placing in position and required height outside the pump room and finally the delivery manifold to be connected with the Rising main by creating a hole of required size in the delivery manifold by gas cutting making v-groove all along the circumference of the cut by way of joining of rising main to the manifold by proper welding work in a precise manner-1JobSuction manifold (1 Nos) :- Fabrication of suction manifold out of 200 mm M.S. pipe 12-15 feet length by plugging both the ends by welding 1 No. blind flange at each end and placing in position and required height outside the pump room and finally the suction manifold to be connected with the delivery lines which is coming from mono blocks by creating a hole of required size in the suction manifold by gas cutting making v-groove all along the circumference of the cut by way of joining of the delivery lines to the manifold by proper welding work in a precise manner.Anchor block :- Anchoring by laying of RCC Cubical blocks 2 nos. Of required size over suction as well as delivery manifold with required foundation of blocks beneath the manifolds and curing properly the RCC cubical blocks for proper strength.Suction Line (3 Nos) :- Fabrication of suction line of dia equivalent to pump inlet dia, for each pump set out of G.I. pipes, cast steel sluice valve - 1 No. for each line, M.S. bends - quantity as per site requirement. MS flanges – qty as per site requirement for connecting pump suction inlet to suction manifold/sump tank. The job includes cutting the pipe in required lengths as per alignment/layout condition of the suction line at site, the cut edges have to be grinded to give them smooth and even surface for proper welding. Welding the flanges to bends and to the pipe pieces at proper ends, and then joining of the suction line to the suction manifold by way of proper welding works in a precise manner. Also fitting of sluice valve at appropriate place in the suction line and joining of the other end of the suction line to the pump suction inlet by providing fitting of hexagonal fasteners and rubber/leather insertion sheet. Job also involves creation of a hole of appropriate size in the wall and then properly dressing the hole by cement concrete mix for passing through the suction line.Delivery Line (3 no) :- Fabrication of delivery line of dia equivalent to pump outlet dia for each pump set, out of G.I. pipe cast steel reflux valve 1 no., cast steel sluice valve 1 No. M.S. bends – qty. as per site requirement M.S. flanges qty. as per site requirement for connecting pump delivery outlets to the delivery manifold. The job involves cutting the pipe in required lengths as per alignment/layout conditions of the delivery line at site, the cut edges have to be grinded with a grinder to give them smooth and even surface for proper welding. welding the flanges to bends and to the pipe pieces at proper ends in a precise manner, fitting of sluice valve and reflux valve at appropriate place in the delivery line and jointing of one end of the delivery line to pump delivery outlet by providing and fitting of hexagonal fasteners and rubber/leather insertion sheet then jointing the other end of the delivery line to the delivery manifold by creating a hole of required size in the manifold by gas cutting and then jointing to the delivery manifold by way of proper welding work in a precise manner making v-groove all along the circumference of the cut and butt welding. Job also includes creation of a hole in the wall and then dressing to appropriate size by cement concrete mix for passing through it the delivery line of the pump.The whole job includes cost of material i-e., G.I Pipes, Reflux Valve, Sluice Valve welding rods, M.S. flanges, M.S. bends, nut bolts, rubber insertion sheet, oxygen acetylene gas used and POL used by DG set, hire charges/carriage charges of welding set, DG set, gas cutting apparatus and labour charges for skilled and semi-skilled workers deployed for execution of job.
11LT control Panel (3 NO) :- Designing, Fabrication, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LT Control Panel of 415 volts, AC 3 phase, 50 HZ for 100/120 HP capacity motor Installed at pump room. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 14/16 SWG CR sheet. The panel should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with a suitable Locking/Sealing arrangement. The structure should be provided suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel should be given two coats of anti-Rust primer and two coats of enamel paint. Providing and fitting of 1 No. Main switch of HRC type 600 Amp capacity. Job includes proper installation of panelboard at appropriate place first by way of creating two No. holes in the wall and two No. pits in the ground and then fixing with cement concrete mix. Connecting the panel board to the incoming outgoing cables with providing & fitting of thimbles to the cable leads. Job includes cost of material, labour charges for skilled and semiskilled workers to be deployed for execution of complete jobPainting :- Cleaning all the surfaces of suction and delivery lines by scrubbing with emery paper, sand paper, wire brushes and then applying a single coat of red oxide primer, drying out at moderate temperature then applying two coats of black synthetic enamel paint for smooth and even shades. Job includes the cost of material and labour charges.Cables :- providing and fitting of following size of PVC insulated copper cable with thimbles :-1. Providing and fitting of 3.5 x 240 Sq mm core armored aluminum cable from Transformer to Main Switch 2. Providing and fitting of copper cables 90 sq mm from Main Switch to voltage stabilizer.3. Providing and fitting of copper cables 90 sq mm from Voltage Stabilizer to both the LT Control Panel/Star delta manual Starter 4. Providing and fitting of copper cables 70 sq mm from LT Control Panels/Starter to motors All the cables shall be of requisite current carrying capacity as per the equipment and shall be routed through the flexible conduit and firmly connected to the electric points of stabilizer, main switch starter and motors, the job further includes burial of cables underground involving excavating a pathway for the installation of the cables. Once the trench is prepared, the cables are placed within it, and the trench is subsequently backfilled with a concrete mixture. This process ensures the cables are securely encased, providing protection from external factors and enhancing the overall durability of the installation.Chemical Earthing (3 nos) :- Providing and fixing of Chemical Earthing by way of digging a pit of approximately 2Mtr. Providing and fitting of copper electrodes with chemical material and Providing and laying of aluminium/copper strips with proper nut-bolts. Complete job includes the cost of material and labour charges for skilled and semi-skilled workers deployed for execution of work.Electrification :- Complete electrification of pump room job involves providing and fitting of 4 nos light point along with LED bulbs inside the pump room, 2 nos heating point complete with 2x1.5 sq mm wiring along with switches, GI box etc. The wiring should be laid through P.V.C baton/PVC pipes as per requirement. Fitting of main switch board having off/on switch and sockets. Complete job includes the cost of material and labour charges.The Job also includes providing, laying and fixing of insulation rubber mats around electromechanical machinery on the floor of the pump room. Job also includes providing and fitting of overhead MS girder of required size so as to sustain the load of material/ equipment/machinery while lifting /shifting of the material/equipment/machinery along with chain pulley block 3 ton (1 no.).Testing Commissioning:-Testing commissioning of the newly installed pumping units in the pump room along with allied starting and controlling devices for their smooth functioning. Rectifying the faults noticed during testing and also setting, adjusting the instruments of the panel Board , LT Control Panel and tightening of each cable thimbles of electrical points of stabilizer, main switch, starters and motors and realignment/leveling of pump & motor and checking the leakage of water from suction and delivery line if any. Job includes labour charges for skilled and semiskilled workers deployed to complete the job.
12Providing, Installation, Testing & commissioning of 10000 GPH x 35 m head mono submersible pumping unit (2 nos + 2 standby) with allied works. The job includes providing of mono block submersible pumpsets along with MUG starter (4 nos) and submersible copper cable and then shifting the same to the site of work i-e, by mechanical transport upto necessary road side and then by head load manually. Providing, Fabrication and fitting of M.S Nipple (of dia equipment of pump outlet dia) with monoblock submersible pumpset.Fabrication of delivery lines of dia equivalent to mono submersible pump outlet dia for each installed pump set, out of G.I. pipe cast steel reflux valve 1 no., cast steel sluice valve 1 No. M.S. bends – qty. as per site requirement M.S. flanges qty. as per site requirement for connecting pump delivery outlets for each installed mono submersible pump to the suction manifold of HC pump pump. The job involves cutting the pipe in required lengths as per alignment/layout conditions of the delivery line at site, the cut edges have to be grinded with a grinder to give them smooth and even surface for proper welding. welding the flanges to bends and to the pipe pieces at proper ends in a precise manner, fitting of sluice valve and reflux valve at appropriate place in the delivery line and jointing of one end of the delivery line to pump delivery outlet by providing and fitting of hexagonal fasteners and rubber/leather insertion sheet then jointing the other end of the delivery line to the suction manifold of HC pump by creating a hole of required size in the manifold by gas cutting and then jointing to the suction manifold by way of proper welding work in a precise manner making v-groove all along the circumference of the cut and butt welding. Also installation of MUG Starter for each installed mono sub pump at panel board in the pump room and laying of copper submersible cables of each installed submersible pumpset unit with making of leak proof. Pump cable joints at pump ends with the help of patch roll and taps. Also providing and fitting of copper cables of required current carrying capacity in between MUG starters and the installed voltage stabilizer then testing, commissioning on full load. Job also includes fabrication of a tripod stand of suitable height for lowering and extraction of monoblock pump. Complete job includes the cost of material, labour charges, tools and tackles and various types of transportation involved.
13Installation of High Mast Light (3 nos) :- Design/ Supplying/ Installation/ Testing and commissioning of 11 mtr. High mast light with in the premises of pumping station. The pole to be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of silver white aluminum paint amd underground section of pole is to be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of black enamel paint both inner and outer side. The pole is to be erected by excavation of 5 feet x 2 feet x 2 feet pole (pit including making foundation in cement concerte in the ratio of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone, 40 mm dia nominal). The foundation is to be continued upto 0.5 mtr above ground level around the pole tapered suitably in to the collar in round shape of 0.5 m dia. The exposed portion of the block is to be plastered properly and whitewashed. The job includes excavation of pole pit, refilling and removal of excavated material from site and properly disposed off. The job also includes P/f of 4 x 150 watts LED lights along with bracket for fixing of lights and making provision for to up/down the fittings during maintenance in future, job includes supplying aluminum flat cable 2x10 sqmm approximately 30 mtr and p/f of single pole MCB for each fitting along with SPN25/32 amp in MS box fitted with pole. Complete job includes cost of material and carriage charges and fitting charges at site towards input side of the light with box to ON/OFF of light, complete job in all respects.
14Extraction and shifting of electromechanical machinery :- The scope of work includes excavation and removal of accumulated debris, extraction of the buried electromechanical machinery, site clearance, disposal of malba at an appropriate location, and carriage of the damaged electromechanical machinery to the Division Store, using required labour and machinery. Complete job includes the cost of material, labour charges, tools and tackles and various types of transportation and machinery involved.
15Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of a new 250 kVA, 11/0.433 kV, 3-phase copper-wound Distribution Transformer (Energy Level-2), including modifications in HT/LT cable connections as per the new transformer requirements, wherever required. The transformer shall be pole-mounted on two erected 8–9 mtr long poles and shall rest on properly fabricated and fixed G.I. Channel Iron, Cross Arms, Angle Iron Braces and Clamps, complete with all required G.I. nuts, bolts and washers, ensuring adequate strength, alignment and safety as per relevant standards. Installation shall include all allied electrical accessories necessary for safe, reliable and efficient operation of the transformer, including lightning arrestors, GO/DO set, fuse box and other required protective and connecting accessories, duly mounted on the poles with proper clearances and stability. The work further includes providing and fixing of LT Distribution Box suitable for 250 kVA DTR with 400 Amp MCCB for incomer and SFUs for outgoing circuits, to be installed below the transformer. The scope also covers installation of HT poles as per relevant codes and standards, properly reinforced with concrete, with the number of poles as per site requirement, and providing and fitting of ACSR Weasel conductor up to the new substation from the point where the existing HT line is damaged. The job includes cost of all materials, carriage charges for transportation of materials from various sources by mechanical transport as well as head load, hire charges of shuttering material, vibrator, concrete mixture and welding set, POL for vibrator and concrete mixture, and labour charges including skilled and semi-skilled workers deployed for execution of the work.Chemical Earthing (2 nos) :- Providing and fixing of Chemical Earthing by way of digging a pit of approximately 2Mtr.
