7Supplying and Filling with Sand in Foundation and Plinth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, well watered and compact, top surface dressed and levelled to proper level and gradient including cost of all materials , conveyance, royalties, loading, unloading, cost of all labour, T&P, etc.All compelete as per the dirrection of Engineer-in-charge.
8Providing and lying Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation & floor using 40 mm & down grade black hard crusher broken granite stone metal, washed and screened sharp sand of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying the concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required thickness including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, cost of labours, T&P, hire & running charges of concrete mixer, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

64Supplying and fixing of Powder coated 50-60 microns approved colour of aluminium 40mm Casement series Door Unit with suitable aluminium extrude profiles. the system is designed to accommodate 12mm clear toughened glass. the rate quoted inclusive of hardwares like antilift, roller, Espag lock cum handle, epdm gaskets, T mullion, Fly Mullion, bottom adopter, mid transom, glazing clip for 12 mm glass felt along with all accessories etc complete. The gap between the wall and window will be filled with silicon weather sealant in the outer side. including the cost of all materials ,hardware fittings,cost of all labour, conveyance, loading, un loading, T&P, etc, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

70Supplying, Providing and installing of modified flexible polyolefin (FPO) memebrane system ( Water Proofing tape) which shall be designed to be bonded over expansion and movement joints upto200 mm in structures to prevent the passage of water having elongation at break more than 600%, maximum permissible permanent elongation shall not less than 20% and having registance to agrresive conditions like ground water, soil, cement water, bitumen and bitumen emulsion coatings .It is bonded in position using two part epoxy adhesive and consuption of adhesive shall be as per manufacturers direction after proper fixing of the necessary back upmaterials as specified and directed by the EIC.The item rate shall be including all materials, all kinds of labours, T & P, machinaries, lead and lift, mathadi Charges, curing, wastages,consumebles, cleaning, shifting of debris outside the premises, surface preparation etc complete as per design, drawing & direction of EIC.
71Providing and fixing of expansion joint system (150 mm-200 mm wide) related with wall/soffit/ceiling joint(internal/external) location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints shall be of extruded aluminum base members,aligning / centering arrangement and support plates as per ASTM B221- selfCharge.02. The material shall be such that it provides an Expansion Joints System suitable for vertical wall to wall/ wall to corner application,as well as horizontal covers for Soffits/ Ceilings both new and existing construction in Buildings/complexes/Structures with no slipping down tendency amongst the components of the Joint System. The Joint System shall utilize light weight aluminum profiles exhibiting minimal exposed aluminum surfaces mechanically snap locking the multicellular to facilitate movement. (Material shall conform to ASTM 6063).
72Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size forfixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant shall be paid separately). Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra paymenton this account shall be made.
73PHE WORKS: Providing and fixing Clorinated Polyvinyl Chloride [CPVC] pipes SDR-11 conforming to IS:15778, having thermal stablity for hot & cold water supply , including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fitting including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing .
