| 1 | Maintenance, lifting , transportation, and complete upkeep of 10 No Mobile Toilets for a period of 03 months at Bangus Valley. The scope of work shall include : 1. Safe Lifting and transportation of Mobile Toilets from TRC Kupwara to designated spots identified by the Tourism Department at Bangus Valley.2. Proper installation and placement of the units at designated locations in Bangus Valley as directed by the Tourism department. 3. Complete maintenance of mobile toilet units, including routine cleaning, sanitation ad and disposal of solid waste at a place which id deemed fit for disposal by Tourism Deartment, and servicing on a regular basis.4. Ensuring uninterrupted functionality of all fittings, fixtures, and allied components at all times. 5. Provision of all required consumables such as water, disinfectants, cleaning agents, and other necessary materials for proper unkeep.6. Deployment of adequate manpower for round-the clock watch and ward of the mobile toilet units.7. Safeguarding the assets against any demage, theft, or misuse during the contract period. 8. Maintaining hygiene and sanitary conditions in and around the mobile toilet units at all times.9. Timely repair and replacement of damaged or worn-out parts to ensure proper and continuous functioning of all units.10. Safe lifting, and transportation or Mobile Toilets from Bangus Valley back to TRC Kupwara after completion of the operational season/contract period. |
