All connected civil works and 2 Nos earthing with copper strip 25x3 mm till lift room and copper earth electrode 600x600x3.15 mm with & including the following all as specified and directed:- (a) Lighting LED light connected to inverter supply and automatic cabin fan in lift car (b) Mechanical guide rail in 'T' section with toungue and groove arrangement for smooth operation of car and counter weight. (c) Electric VVVF controlled motor AC, 3 phase 415 V, 50HZ of suitable capacity including cabling with FRLS cable including necessary heavy duty conduits as required, (d) Type of operation shall be single automatic push button type, (e) Type of control-16 bit micro processor variable voltage and variable frequency (V3F) (f) Type of signal systern-Hall button with digital hall position indicator digital car position indicator in car fixtures in stainless steel face plates. (g) Minimum Size of clear entrance opening of car for passenger lift shall be as per IS with automatic center opening. (h) Minimum Size of car for passenger lift shall be as per relevant IS. |
