| 101 | (k) Note : (i) Waterproofing treatment shall be undertaken alongwith laying of drainage pipe/sanitary pipes/drainage spout etc.(ii) The work shall be carried out as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(iii) The sunken treatment work shall only be carried out after written approval of Engineer in charge for leakage/seapage of water/ sanitary pipes.(iv) Cost of drainage spout shall deemed to be included in the item however sanitary pipe, water pipe line if required shall be paid separately under respective items.(v) Laying of chemicl required for varios applications shall be as per manufacturer instructions.(vi) Plan area shall only be measured and paid. |
