| 4 | OD79122/2026-2027:Drone survey for both mapping and architectural visualization- the agency shall provide a high-resolution geo-referenced orthomosaic, DTM, DSM, contour/spot-level data, and preferably a CAD base showing road edges, junctions, building footprints, trees, medians and major street elements, along with dense point cloud data in LAS/LAZ format and a textured 3D mesh in OBJ/FBX format with texture files, suitable for importing into SketchUp or visualization software. The 3D mesh should be cleaned, scaled, geo-referenced, and also supplied as a lighter SketchUp-friendly segmented model for the 1 km stretch. Stable slow 4K drone footage along the proposed alignment, raw captured photographs, coordinate system details, and scale/level accuracy confirmation should also be provided, so that the separately modelled skywalk can be accurately incorporated into the existing 3D context and video visualization.
