It shall be constructed from a Extruded/ Aluminium powder coated pressure die cast housing with separate IP Box for driver and optics to ensure thermal isolation, finished with corrosion-resistant nano powder coating, and equipped with a UV-stabilized polycarbonate cover for optimal light distribution. The luminaire must include an integral encapsulated high-efficiency electronic driver c, operating within a voltage range of 90-305V AC, with a power factor >0.95, THD <10%, IP66 protection, inbuilt 6kv surge protection, and integrated SPD (20KV/10KA It must also feature miswiring, over-voltage, short circuit, reverse polarity, thermal protection & input over-voltage cut-off at 320V, and auto-recovery functionality. The luminaire must have ingress protection of IP66, impact resistance of IK≥08, a minimum LED life of 50,000 burning hours with lumen maintenance as per L80, and a CRI of ≥70. It shall be suitable for installation on Underpass/Tunnel, The luminaire and driver shall comply with IEC 60598, IS 10322-5, IS 161-03/05/06/07, IEC 61000-4-5 standards, with test reports for IES, LM 79, LM 80.
