| 1 | Clearing/ uprooting of unwanted growth of vegetation i.e. grass, wild bushes and shrubs etc. by mechanical means including dumping of this unwanted growth by excavating small pits at site and filling the top of pits with excavated soil including dressing of surface all complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.Note1. The rate of item is inclusive of cost of hiring of labour, machine, operator, fuel, lubricants etc. 2. The agency shall submit clearly visible GPS photographs and video before and after of execution to clearly establish the area cleaned for which nothing extra shall be payable.3. The rate are inclusive of all leads and lifts and all separations and nothing extra shall we paid separately.4. Rate payable to agency shall be as per actual area cleared measured. |
| 2 | Levelling, dressing and rolling of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities in the form of pits and embankments for all heights and depression within the DDA Land/Plot in which work need to execute. The work shall include levelling the whole ground by cutting embankments above required level and filling all depressions, ponds, marshy land below the ground level in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth using Dozer and Hydraulic excavator (3D) and consolidating the ground by road roller of capicity 8-10 tonne for providing final ground level and disposal of excess earth/ malba, for all leads and lift within the area of work site.All kinds of soil, malba, rubbish, garbage etc |
