| 2 | Replacement of PHEs :-The work involves safe transportation of PHE from CD-stores to SAP , dismantling of existing PHE from position and erection of new PHE with proper supports and gasketing. Any alteration in connecting lines for succesful commisioning of the PHE shall be under the scope of the contractor. |
| 3 | Reversing of PHEs :-The work involves reversing of of existing PHE ( changing of sides) with proper supports and gasketing. Any alteration in connecting lines for succesful lining up of the PHE shall be under the scope of the contractor. |
| 4 | Dummy opening and closing:- The work involves opening of dummies of manholes of various vessels in SAP and closing with suitable gasket as per instructions of site engineer. Size : upto 600 NB(included). |
| 5 | Dummy opening and closing II:- The work involves opening of dummies of manholes of various vessels in SAP and closing with suitable gasket as per instructions of site engineer. Size : 700- 1800 NB(both sizes included). |
| 6 | Valve replacement I: - The work involves replacement of valves ( welded/flanged) of size upto 150 NB as per instruction of site engineer. Any modification of line requiring fabrication shall be under the scope of the contractor. |
| 7 | Valve replacement II: - The work involves replacement of valves( welded/flanged) of size 200- 900 NB ( both sizes included)as per instruction of site engineer. Any modification of line requiring fabrication shall be under the scope of the contractor. |
| 8 | Leak rectificaton of vessels in Water treatment plant:- After opening the manholes disassemble the internals of vessels in WT plant.After inpection the necessary repairs are to be carried out as per instructions of Site Engineer with the consent of Shift in charge from process department.Collect the required materials from stores.Once the repairs are completed to the satisfaction of process department ,any leaks arising during subsequent leak testing shall be under the contractors scope and shall be carried out without any additional costand clearance for boxing up shall be issued only after rectifying the leaks which will be under the sole discretion of shift in charge from process department. |
| 9 | Transportation and setting up of Acid drain Pump from Safety Department:- The work involves the transportation of acid drain pump from Fire & Safety department and setting it up for use at the requisite point of Sulphuric acid leak for draining purposes. After draining is over the pump should be transported back to the Safety department. |
| 10 | K1 I/O headers and damper valves gland packing:- The work involves collecting necessary pakcking materila from stores and arranging scaffolding for safe conduct of work, and packing the Inlet and outlet headers of K1 boiler and damper( butterfly) valves in SAP as per the instruction of site engineer with suitable packing material . |
| 11 | Easing/repair of damper( butterfly valves):- The work involves easing/repair of large damper valves as per instruction of site engineer. |
