| 2 | Replacement of Tyre Keepers of Dryer, Product Cooler and Granulator at NP Plant.The work involves collecting and transporting the required materials from CD stores to the site. Tyre keepers are to be cut and fabricated from 16 mm or 25 mm thick plates as per instructions. After lifting the shell of the Dryer, Product Cooler, or Granulator, adjust the position of the tyre as needed. Damaged tyre keepers at the feed or discharge end must be cut/ground, and removed from the existing tyre shoe. New tyre keepers should then be properly positioned onnthe tyre shoe and fully welded according to instructions. |
| 3 | Repair of damaged welding of tyre shoes of Dryer, Product cooler and Granulator at NP Plant.The work involves grinding and removing the damaged or cracked weld joints between the rotary shell and the tyre shoe. The tyre shoe and tyre keepers must remain in their original positions and should not be disturbed. The affected areas shall then be fully re-welded to the rotary shell as per instructions. |
| 4 | Fixing of Tyre Shoes on Granulator,Product Cooler and Dryer at NP Plant.The work involves transporting the tyre shoe from the stores to the site. The damaged tyre shoe shall be removed from the rotary shell by grinding and removing the existing welds. If necessary, the tyre shall be lifted to facilitate removal and insertion of the tyre shoe. The new tyre shoe shall be properly positioned and fully welded to the rotary shell on both sides of the tyre.
