| 9 | Routine & Periodical inspection by electrical supervisor having valid suprevisor's certificate of competency from directorate of Electricity (Licensing board), Govt. of West Bengal or under any other State Government of India along with Pump Technician / Supervisor for checking of Pumping station, Sub-Station D.G Set, L.T and H.T equipments PDB panel, MCC/ Starter panels for all pumping machineries, indoor & out door lighting , valves with actuators along with all other electro mechanical installation e.g. level indicator, flow meter to keep the system in healthy condition.N.B-Minimun 2 days in a month and each visit should be recorded in the log book (with date and time) to be supplied by the agency and kept in the pump house building . |
| 10 | Supervision charges for Gas Plant by Gas Plant Supervision and the cost of visit charges of the Gas Plant Supervisor at least two day in a month along with expart technician for servision of the installation for the above period as per direction. |
| 11 | Cleaning of Pump House, Substation , Gaseous chlorination plant and its surroundings by engaging sweeper in regular manner by providing all necessary material viz. cotton duster, broom sticks, batteries, carbolic acid, detergent soap, gloves, apron including all tools tackles, etc. required as per direction of E.I.C. |
