24Wiring with 1.1 KV grade single core PVC insulated stranded Copper wire in E1 conduit/G1 conduit and painting 2 x 2.5 sqm. Wire in 19 mm conduit incl. S & F 1 x 14 SWG G1 ECC.
25Packing the annular space between the outside of the tube well pipes & strainers and the bore with pea size washed gravel of approved quality having size from 2 mm to 5 mm or the size approved by the Engineer-incharge including cost of all materials labour and equipment complete
26Washing and developing tube well with air compressor pump and engine for 8 (eight) hours continuous pumping per day with necessaryarrangements for testing the yield in gallons per hour with 'V' notchincluding hire and labour charges for all tools and plants and scaffolding as required.
27Labour for making arrangement for showing verticality test including the cost for hire charges of tools and plants, scafolding, labour etc. allcomplete.
28Collecting sample of water for bacteriological and chemical test from any depth at any time during execution of work including hire and labourcharges for tools and plants and sterilising the equipments, paying all charges and fees, testing etc. complete in all respect as per direction.
29Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75m. In ground floor including roof. (a) upto 150 mm. thick
30Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. a) In 1ST floor including roof.

48A) Supplying fitting and fixing door frame with M.S. angle as per drawing & direction of required section.The holes for counter sunk machine screw & nuts will be such as to fit 8 to 10 mm Iron screw. The counter sunk nut to be welded . The nuts are to be welded after careful checking with screw.All welding spots should be properly filed or rounded smooth including cost of welding hinges for hinge cleats , lugs for hasp bolt, socket bolt etc. and necessary M.S. clamps of 25mm x 6mm flat 225mm long as per direction welded to the frame fitted and fixed in position excluding cost of concrete.
49Supplying, fitting and fixing windows and ventilators with or without integrated grills conforming to IS 1038-1975 and manufactured from rolled steel sections conforming to IS 7452-1974 with non-friction projecting type, box type hinges, glazing clips, lugs locking bracket, handle plate etc, including hoisting in position, straightening if required, fixing lugs in cement concrete ( 1:2:4) with stone chips 20 mm down cutting holes and mending good damages to match with existing surface complete in all respect excluding glazing.
