All useful materials such as stone, shingles, aggregates and slates etcetera shall be sorted out and stacked in proper stack . Recovery of useful stones to the tune of 839.44 cubic metre quantity at the rate of Rupees 300/- (Rupees three hundred) only per Cubic Metre shall be effected from the contractor running bills on pro-rata basis as per quantity actually executed. Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.
