The evaluation shall be carried out based on quoted project rate of import duty as included in prices. Subsequently if GAIL will be unable to provide Essentiality Certificate to successful (L-1) bidder for availing project rate of import duty, then variation in import duty between project rate as quoted by bidder and merit rate shall be paid by GAIL on submission of documentary evidence. |
