Note :- Rate of quoted by contractor including following (1 ) Demoliton shall be done by mechanical means (2) In order to prevent direct impact on lower slab/ structure the contractor should maintain proper safety arrangement such as - (a) slab and beam cut small pieces and temporary shoring & propping to be provided. (b) Debris shall be lowered through chute or mechanical means, no throwing of debris from height ( c ) Providing and fixing heavy duty HDPE green debris safety net below demolition area to prevent falling debris. |

All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer(c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membranceNote : 1. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the manufacturer only.2. The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof slab for double storeyed. The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.
