The work includes fabrication of its parts like its finished stem of dia 63 mm, 32 mm pitch, double start thread, CS round for hub of dia 100 mm,handle 450 mm long, CI nut, bearing housing, bearing chucknut, taper roller bearing HT Bolt with nut and washer m 20x100 mm, hinge for locking box, centre lock for locking system, nut Bolt etc. and also includes fixing of Sill, Guide after proper alignment. Lowering of gate shutter with the help of sling, chain pulley block and Hydra Crane (12 Tonne) in groove. Putting the superstructure parts on the pier as per drawing and site conditions with the help of Hydra Crane, fitter, helper and leveling of it, measuring, marking and tacking as per requirement. After fixing the super structure, lowering the lifting mechanism and fixing on superstructure at proper places. Skilled/semi skilled labour,All consumable & non-consumable material and sundries provide by outside agency except P.O.L. and departmental T&P. Complete work/job shall be done in all respect as per specification and direction of engineer in charge.
