| 1 | Step-1-Taking down the old plaster along with brick joint mortar up to 15 mm depth shall be removed by mechanical means of seepage area from outside and inside (consider at least 300 mm extra area all around) complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 4 | Step-4- M&L for fixing of NRV nozzles in a straight line near to old DPC followed by sealing of nozzles as well as a layer of 12-15 mm thick polymer modified mortar applied with Sika Mono Top -122 F (Compressive strength 50 Mpa in 28 days as per ASTMC 109-7 cm cube) or equivalent make specified in list of makes along with a bonding primer made by Sika latex SBR (Tensile adhesion strenth 1.5 N/mm2 (concrete failure) as per EN 1542) or Equalent out of makes specified in list of makes. Allow moprtar to cure for 24 hours complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | Step-5- M&L for injecting the polyacrylic injection Sika injection-306 or equivalent make specified in list of makes (with a versatile and adjustable reaction time having mixed viscosity 3-11 Mpa s at +20 degree C, reaction time adjustable according to ambient temperature and execution requirement between 8-50 Mins PH 9-10 on next day and tested as per Wissbau No 2002-094-(1A) function test with re-injectable hose system through NRV nozzles and allow product to react so that a seal can be created within the brick work complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 6 | Step-6- M&L for cutting the NRV nozzles and seal with polymer modified mortar, apply two coats of Sika Top-107 seal Plus IN or equivalent make specified in list of makes (Food grade product-CFTRI certificate for repeated use with aqueous foods/water as per USFDA 175 .300, Tensile adhesion strength 2.0 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541 & water penetration under pressure -0 mm penetration at 5 bar for 72 h as per BSEN 12390-8) followed by protect it with polymer modified mortar made by sika latex SBR or equivalent make specified in list of makes (Tensile adhesion strength 1.5 N/mm2-concrete failure -as per EN 1542), Once the injection work is completed complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | M&L for rendering 15 mm thick readymade plaster on inner/outer walls with UltraTech READIPLAST or equivalent as approved by GE by adding 17-19% of potable water by weight of material and thickness above 15 mm it is recommended to be applied in multiple layers and Ready-mix plaster shall complies with IS 1661-1972, IS 2250-1965, IS 2402-1963 and confirms the Compressive strength @ 28 Days- 10-12 MPa, Bulk density- 1500-1600 Kg/m3 complete all as specified and as directed.
