1Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (such as copings, bands of any type, roof padding, kerbs, sunken etc; overall thickness and removing the dust debris etc to a distance not exc 250 meter from site and disposing the same complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
2M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as over roof for making good depression/ undulation to make the existing roof surfaces as filling in depression of roof slab/ floor padding/ roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
3M&L providing and applying roof treatment as following stage:-(i) Apply 1st coat of PU coating ( Shaliurethane LHM @ 650gm/Sqm or equivalent by brush/roller/spray. Spread non-woven geo-textile or glass fiber tissue of 45 GDM with overlaps of 50 mm in both directions when the surface is still tacky, this is optional,to be assessed as per site requirements to achieve higher mechanical properties.(ii) Allow 1st coat to dry for 10-12 Hrs.(iii) (Apply 2nd coat of PU membrane (ShaliUrethane LHM @ 650gm/sqm or equivalent)as per manufacturs instructions. Extend waterproofing treatment up to 200 mm and terminate into groov on the parapet wall.(iv) Protect the applied liquid membrane by sprinkling sand @ 200gm/Sqm over the final coating when the surface is still tacky to facilitate plastering, and including 25 mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 with admixture and water proofing compound.Note No-1:- treatment shall be done though authorised representative of manufacture's instructions.complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
4M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
5M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping to parapet walls including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
6Supply only liquid water proofing ISI marked.complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
7Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level including floor finishes and removing debris from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
8Dismantling floor hearth and wall tiles any type as including dado/ skirting etc; including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
9M&L for non skid ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
10M&L for non skid ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) as in skirting / dado, cut out of ceramic tiles of size exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, (Matching with floor tile of the same room) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
11M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of approved shade and pattern, 7 to 8 mm thick , area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm laid in floor, set and jointed (square/ rectangular) in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
12M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of approved shade and pattern of size 350x 250x7mm/ 450X350X7mm/ 300X450X7 to 8mm thick or any other nearer size as approved by Engineer incharge in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as in backing coat of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
13Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.laid beded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
14M&L for 16 -18mm thick granite (colour as approved) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, shelves, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms (vertical/ horizontal) and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
15M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm (+ 2mm) thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
16M&L for mirror polished machine cut Kota stone slab 15-16 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
17M&L for Jodhpur stone slab patti machine cut, 40 to 50mm thick set over and including 15mm thick CM 1:4 and jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors, plinth protection, including provision of construction joints as required etc; complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
18M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floor, sub bases, floor and paving etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
19M&L for 60mm thick factory made pre cast cement concrete rubber moulded laquer finish using chemical and admixure inter locking tiles having compressive strength not less than 350 kg/Sqcm, of shape and colour as approved by GE , laid over 25mm thick compacted approved sand cushioned surface, joints filled by fine sand and compacting the top surfaces of paver blocks after laid etc of approved make complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
20M&L for factory made precast cement concrete solid blocks M-30 Grade, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerb stones of any size (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) set in cement mortar 1:4 for path edgings etc; embedded in position including all necessary excavation, tamping ground arround blocks and removal of rubbish/ surplus soil etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
21M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs or benching etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
22Dismantling of stone/ brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work, serviceable stone aside for reuse and removing unserviceable material in low laying area complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
23M&L for squared rubble walling jodhpur type, brought upto course, well bonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
24-ditto- all as per above item No. 23 but, except stone complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
25Extra over for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling,Jodhpur type, brought upto courses complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

31M&L for Keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in 1:4 cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
32M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for sunken portion in the following stages - (i) Taking down of existing sunken slab treatment from the sunken portion and cleaning the surfaces washing down with water and rubbish of the pemises , cleaning and filling cracks with sealing compound, brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00kg/sqm and grouting 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate on sunken slab portion and finishing the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. (ii) M&L for two coat of acrylic cementitious water proofing coating (Dr FIXITpidifin 2k manufactured by M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd or equivalent) and followed by a overlay protective screed (10mm thick cement mortar (1:4) along with liquid water proofing compound approved make as per manufacturer's instructions) on top surfaces of sunken slab after preprations as mentioned above. Method of application for acrylic cementitious water proofing coating achieved as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
33M&L cement concrete type E-2, 1:5:10 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sunken portion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
34M&L 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
35Dismantling cast iron work of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
36Dismantling 100 mm dia of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes,of any type jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches,if required with complete fitting complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
37Dismantling 75 mm dia of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes,of any type jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required with complete fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
