| 7 | Disconnecting Monoblock pumping set, 3-5 HP capacity (any make), separating from suction, delivery pipeline, electrical connection etc. dismantling the same for overhauling, repairing and replacing the unserviceable spare parts such as gland, packing, bearing bush, washer etc. Painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint with proper colour codes and writing letters of SM No. and MES No. etc. and installing, making connection suction and delivery side with necessary new packing material, nut, bolt etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) The spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only” under the relevant items here-in-after. (ii) Unit rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to include for minor spares/extras. The decision of Accepting officer regarding minor spares/extras shall be final, conclusive and binding. (iii) All spare parts shall be fixed in the pumping set only after prior inspection & approval of Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) All T&P & transportation shall be arranged by contractor and rates for the same shall deemed to be included in rate quoted. |
