Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (Camc):A Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (Camc) Is A Formal Agreement Between The Rail Coach Factory And A Contractor (Service Provider) To Ensure The Systematic And Ongoing Maintenance, Repair, And Support Of Specified Equipment, Infrastructure, Or Facilities. Tenderers Are Required To Quote For A Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract For The Various Scope Of Work Supplied Post Warranty On Quarterly Basis Giving The Rates For Each Year I.E. First Year, Second Year....So On., Which Will Be Inclusive Of All Spares, Consumables, Software, Backup, Material And Labour Costs Required Formaintenance Of Machine And Associated Sub-Assemblies. The Duties And Taxes As Applicable Should Be Indicated Separately. The Duration Of Camc Shall Be 5 Years From The Date Of Expiry Of Warranty. Rates For Camc As Quoted By The Tenderer On Yearly Basis Will Remain Applicable During The Duration Of Ca
