| 1 | Supplying of Submersible pumping Motor set of Crompton/ KSB/Sabar or other reputed make confirming to latest releant BIS code and specifications. The pump shall be fitted with free flow impeller of suitable alloy as per BIS 5669-1970 latest suitable for clear cold water 50 PPM having oil/grease packed bearings and stainless steel shaft, wound stator on motor side with shaft protection sleeves on pump side ensuring better life for shaft confirming to BIS specifications. The impeller of pump shall be directly mounted on extended submersible squirrel cage with double mechanical seal, grease/ oil lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to withstand vertical loads with minimum wear and tear, It should be fitted with device to take up expansion of water on heating of motor. The pump set should include water level guard errection camps cable clips and depth gauge etc. and suitable for operation on data given below:- |
