Name of Work:- Spl repair to Bldg No NP-20 (02x Bathroom) of IFSU unit complex and certain other sanctioned works under GE Satwari
Sl. No. Item Description
1Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc and removing unserviceable material outside defence land complete all as specified and directed.
2M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all s specified and directed.
3M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surface, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
4M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
5M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
6M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over two coats of wall care putty 2 mm thick each over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed .
7M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman. Italic or Indian) n.exc 30cm high including obliterating old writing of any description n.exc 0.2 Sqm with paint to match existing work complete all as specified & directed.
8M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed .
9M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc and applying exterior water proof wall care putty @ 1 Kg(un-diluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1mm to 2mm over the plastered wall/ceiling surfaces, one or more coats and grinding the puttied surface with mechanical grinder for make the surface even and smooth for receiving primer and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives & Color stay technology, Excellent dirt pickup resistance @ 1.79 litre/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturers instructions over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.9 litre (Undiluted) / 10 sqm over new putty surfaces of wall/ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Painting to be done using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer.
10M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour with mechanical sander having RPM of 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment, and preparation of old plastered/scrapped surfaces of wall/ceiling by filling cracks by external wall putty/crack fill paste and applying exterior water proof wall care putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1mm to 2mm over the prepared plastered wall/ceiling surfaces, one or more coats and grinding the puttied surfaces with mechanical grinder for make the surface even and smooth for receiving primer and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives & Color stay technology, Excellent dirt pickup resistance @ 1.79 litre/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturers instructions over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.9 litre (Undiluted) / 10 sqm over old/new putty surfaces of wall/ceiling complete all as specified and directed.
