| 1 | Design, Fabrication and Supply of Internally Illuminated LED based Mandatory / Information Guidance Sign Boards (as per ICAO Standards) of various sizes made out of 4mm thick glare free polycarbonate sheet at front facia having the required details (Colour, letters and symbols) screen printed on self adhesive film of 3M make/ equivalent and pasted inside of the polycarbonate sheet and body made of min 2mm thick anodised aluminium profile reinforced by Aluminium /Aluminium Alloy Structure with central split type opening for easy maintenance, suitable support and frangible mounting legs,uniformly internally illuminated with adequate No. of LED Modules/ Strips with suitable rated weather proof Power Converter (IP67) to achieve required illumination level, suitable for operation on airfield series circuit input source of 2.8A - 6.6A to give constant brightness for all current variations without flickering, with all other accessories such as Suitable AL Legs, AL/ MS base plate with suitable foundation bolts, SS nuts and spring washers etc., complete as required and conforming to ICAO/ FAA latest amendments etc., complete as required. |
