| 7 | Material and labour for disconnecting and taking up/down CHS pump set of 3 to 7.5 HP of any type from foundation and transporting to authorized workshop, carry out repairs such as replacement of pump bearing and overhauling including replacement of minor unserviceable components/spares like 'O' rings, Oil seal, shaft bush, gland packing, casing ring, gasket packing and greasing, welding, metaling, turning, polishing, Lathe work etc. along with replacement of major components/spares as per manufactures instruction and testing after repairing and reconnecting at site including re-commissioning and testing to ensure efficient and smooth functioning to achieve desired discharge of pump set etc complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Defective major components/spares if required shall be measured as supply only under respective item 7.01 to 7.04 here-in-after and labour element included in this item for replacement. |
