| 3 | Provision of chemical earthing (double-2 nos.) for the each lift, including excavation of a pit of appropriate size up to a depth of 3 meters in both hard and soft soil for installation of a 3-meter-long G.I. electrode. The job includes placing the G.I. rod, filling the pit with the required quantity of earthing compound, backfilling with excavated soil, and connecting the electrode to the lift/electrical equipment using G.I. strip. The earthing system shall ensure a maximum resistance of 1 ohm. The job also includes the supply and installation of shaft bulkhead lights including providing of MCB/Switches/4 core 6mm 3 phase copper cable for connection of lift with main distribution panel as per site requirement. | 4 | The job includes the renovation and repair of two elevator machine rooms (control rooms) and associated lift shafts. The job includes the replacement of all damaged doors and windows, fixing of tiles in floors of both the machine rooms and lift shafts, and waterproofing of the lift pits to prevent water ingress and ensure long-term durability. The job includes supply and installation of complete internal wiring and all necessary electrical fittings within the control rooms. The scope also includes repainting of the machine rooms using suitable paint finishes at least two coats. The job includes the supply and installation of exhaust fans and ceiling fans within the machine rooms. The job also includes providing of LED Tube Lights 40w -05 nos. in each machine room for illumination. The job also includes dismantling and safe removal of all existing and damaged lift components, such as lift car cabins, landing and car doors, and all other remaining parts. The job also includes Providing and laying min 20 mm thick premium quality calibrated granite slab in elevator cabin floor, machine-cut and mirror polished, Uniform, fixed using high-strength epoxy adhesive over prepared surface. New Granite shall be provided along the side wall and front floor area at each of the three lift wells and covering all six floors (The size, thickness, and colour of the granite to be provided shall match the existing floor and wall granite to ensure a uniform appearance and for enhanced aesthetics.) The Job also includes the supply and installation of additional signage and instruction boards for each lift and on every floor. Directional and floor identification signage shall also be installed on the wall directly opposite the lift doors, as per site conditions. All signage shall be fabricated using min. 3 ft × 3 ft ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel) boards with vinyl lamination as per direction of Department/Engineer-in-Charge.
