Hopper/ Bcn Etc. Within The Free Time Allowed For Loading As Per Goods Traffic With Contractors Own Labours, Tools, Plants, Machineries Including All Leads, Lifts, Descent And Crossing Of Railway Tracks Or Any Other Obstructions. The Track Should Clear From All Obstructions/Infringements After Loading Of Ballast Complete As Per Specification & As Per Direction Of The Engineer-In-Charge. (Demurrage/Warefage Charges Have To Be Borne By The Contractor, If Any) The Rate Includes All Charges Like Royalty, Sales Tax, Local Tax Etc.
