Supply Of m-seal(epoxy compound) consisting of epoxy resin base & hardner resin type . , m-seal(epoxy compound) consisting of epoxy resin base & hardner resin type of m/s. pidilite make or its e quivalent as per specification details mentioned as follows. 1) curing time : 1 - 2 hours. 2) processing time(usable life) at 30 degreec for 50g mix : 15 minutes approx. 3) setting time(hardening time) at 30 degreec for 30g mix by shore-a : 60 minutes approx. 4) tensile strength as per astm d-638 : > 200 kg/sq.cm. 5) compressive strength as per astm d-6 95 : > 400 kg/sq.cm. 6) flexural strength as per astm d-790 : > 350 kg/sq.cm. 7) hardness(by shore-d durometer) as per astm d-2240 : >75 scale value. 8) di-electric strength at r.t as per astm d-1497 : > 10 kv/mm. 9) water absorpti on as per astm d-570 : < 0.5%. note: 1) shelf life must be minimum 09 months from the date of acceptance of the mat erial. 2) one kg. sample should be got approved before effecting bulk supply. note: (1) firm shall quote any one make f or the tendered description along with valid authorization, if vendor offers/bids for more than one make or if the firm me ntions, as per tender in their bid(s), their offer will be summarily rejected.
